A vibrant and vivacious property based just a short distance away from Port d’ Andratx, this villa provides guests with an array of well-decorated amenities to help them enjoy a truly unforgettable holiday experience. As you approach the exterior of this property, you will be taken aback by the sheer size of the opulent swimming pool that resides in the centre of the grounds. As a result, this is the perfect place for guests to cool off and float around aimlessly after a busy day of exploring a wealth of tourist hotspots. This villa also showcases a pristine selection of outdoor terraces, allowing guests to indulge in a refreshing glass of wine as they take in the stunning sights that surround them.
 
Inside, this villa is home to a sublime assortment of furnishings, helping to craft a deeply contemporary and attractive holiday home for guests to enjoy. The living room presents a pair of vast grey sofas that are fitted with a collection of plump cushions. Thus, guests are free to use this space to kick back and relax as they binge-watch their favourite shows on the modern flatscreen TV at the back of the room. The dining area within this property is utterly marvellous, sporting a sleek glass-topped table and an accompanying selection of bright green chairs. Andratx Bestiar is just under 5 minutes away from the centre of Port d’Andratx, a quaint fishing village that has managed to capture the hearts and minds of many experienced tourists. If you are a lover of golf, you must take a trip to the prestigious Golf de Andratx. This 18-hole golf course has gained an affluent reputation amongst celebrities and high-end sporting legends, exemplifying its amazing legacy within this immensely competitive industry. THE REGION

CCA Andratx is a prestigious art gallery that works to celebrate a wealth of local talent as well as the transformative nature of Europe’s contemporary art scene. For over 15 years, this attraction has been a prime space for unique artists, giving guests a chance to observe a selection of endearing performances and explore a collection of exhibitions. An added bonus of this centre is that it is entirely self-sufficient, using a range of homegrown lemons, figs, and almonds in many dishes seen in the delightful on-site restaurant. Guests are encouraged to try these outstanding dishes for themselves, helping them to gain a true taste of this spectacular region. CCA Andratx is located around 15 minutes away from the villa.
 
This region is often commended for its remarkable selection of flawless beaches, such as the marvellous Playa de Camp de Mar. Complete with pure white sand and crystal-clear water, this is the ideal location to visit if you are looking to detach from the hustle and bustle and truly reconnect with the wonders of nature. Once you have absorbed the warming rays of the sun and have built a collection of adorable sand castles, be sure to take a short walk into the local town. Here, you will come across a range of avid bars and restaurants, allowing you to sample a variety of local delicacies. Playa de Camp de Mar is based around 10 minutes away from Andratx Bestiar.

Security deposit €3000 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

Pool towels included? No.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included.
Minimum stay Two weeks during July and August. 7 nights the rrst of the year. All other durations on request
