A magnificent and elegant property located in Alcudia, Villa Migdia allows guests to rest and recharge in this enchanting space. The exterior of this property is extremely expansive, placing a considerable swimming pool in the centre. A collection of high-quality sun loungers are scattered around the pool, giving guests the chance to take a dip in the soothing waters or bask in the glorious sun. Opposite the swimming pool is an idyllic lawn area, ideal for playing games and spending quality time together as a family. The villa is also surrounded by looming trees and native plants, building a natural paradise just outside of the front door.
The interior of the property is just as beautiful. The combined lounge/dining area uses an assortment of wooden and rattan furnishings, helping to create a simple yet rustic style. The white walls and tiled flooring also help to build a bright and airy space for guests to indulge in. Guests can also access an outdoor terrace area through the large glass door in the living area. As such, guests can use this space to enjoy a selection of delicious meals whilst gazing out at the tremendous views. The kitchen also makes use of a selection of wooden furnishings. The wooden cupboards help to accentuate the exposed beams on the ceiling, creating cohesion and style throughout.
On this property, there are five stunning bedrooms, each with its own sense of design and flair. The first two bedrooms contain spacious double beds, each adhering to a minimalist and tranquil design. Thus, guests can rest easy and drift off to sleep in a deeply serene environment. These rooms also allow access to an expansive outdoor balcony area that is equipped with various seating arrangements. Thus, this space is perfect for viewing the early morning sunrises or for enjoying breakfast outside. It should also be noted that both of these rooms have access to luxurious en-suite bathrooms. The remaining three bedrooms all contain a pair of single beds. As a result, these rooms are ideal for children or for guests who prefer to sleep separately.

About the surrounding area of Villa MigdiaVilla Migdia is just a short distance away from the spectacular town of Alcudia, bringing guests directly to the heart of a wide range of tourist attractions and hotspots. The acclaimed Alcudia Market is a perfect place to visit if you are looking to dive deeper into the region’s rich and vibrant culture. This bustling market is just a short walk from the town centre, making it a very accessible attraction. Guests are encouraged to meander through the varied plethora of stalls, taking in the artisan clothing, craft items, and decors. A large section of this market is also dedicated to fresh produce, with vendors offering juicy watermelons, delicious strawberries, and more. The Alcudia Market occurs every Tuesday and Sunday from 8 am till 1:30 pm.
Alcudia is home to a variety of wineries, allowing guests to see how this prosperous industry operates on a daily basis. Bodega Games Ribot is just over half an hour away from the centre of Alcudia, offering guests the chance to try their delicious and native wines. This winery hosts 13 hectares of vineyards and even produces its own honey. The owners are deeply proud of their roots and use a variety of native grapes in nearly half of their production process. This winery offers personalised tours that are expertly adapted to each guest on the day that they arrive. As such, prices for this type of attraction can vary from tour to tour.
This region is also known for its rich Catholic history, seen by its collection of striking cathedrals. Sant Jaume’s Catholic Church was first constructed during the 1300s, under the orders of King James I. However, due to horrific weather conditions, the church was destroyed in the late 1870s. It was until 1893 that the church was rebuilt using a contemporary Neo-Gothic style. Inside, the church also adheres to a similar style using high ceilings and awe-inspiring artefacts. This is an ideal attraction to visit if you are looking to learn more about the far-reaching history of Alcudia and its fascinating religious roots. Sant Jaume’s Catholic Church is just a 5-minute drive away from the centre of Alcudia.

THE REGION
The vibrant northern town of Alcúdia is truly a year-round location, offering life, history and culture throughout all seasons. Lying just one kilometre inland from the famous holiday resort of Port d’Alcúdia, it’s the ideal place to taste rich Mallorcan heritage without having to stray too far off the beaten path.
The pedestrian area offers inviting restaurants, cafés with beautiful terraces and cosy backyards, handicraft shops, stylish boutiques and Mallorcan specialities. Stroll by medieval houses, the proud town hall and the so-called Casas Señoriales, the majestic houses of past nobility. Here and there, you get a glimpse of one of the big, shady patios and time, and again you reach the outer rim of the town wall.

Hidropark is a thrilling waterpark that can be found less than 10-minutes away from the centre of Alcudia. This park includes a selection of high-adrenaline water rides such as Octopus, Sliderang, and Kamikaze. In addition, the park also offers a Kids Zone, an area specifically designed for small children and toddlers. There is even a mini-golf course available on-site, which can be accessed for an additional cost. Hidropark also hosts an assortment of restaurants, allowing guests to grab a bite to eat before returning back for more fun. Tickets for this attraction are fairly reasonable, costing just €27.95 per adult when purchased online.
For lovers of ancient history, the Roman Remains of Pollentia allow children to examine an expansive excavation site, delving deep into these archaic ruins. The site dates back to 100 BCE and includes the remains of a Roman forum, theatre, and a residential town. Guests can explore these three main sites as well as a local museum that showcases more fundamental artefacts from that era. The excavation began in 1923 and gave the general public a glimpse into daily life under Roman rule. The Roman Remains of Pollentia is just a 3-minute drive away from the town centre and are open 9:30 am till 8:30 pm on weekdays.
Alcudia beach is a truly remarkable tourist destination, attracting guests from far and wide for many years. The soft golden sand and calm water make it perfect for children to explore and discover at their own pace. Due to the tranquil nature of the water, an abundance of watersport activities is also available such as parasailing and jet skiing. There are also a few facilities on-site such as public toilets and showers, ensuring that guests have everything they need to enjoy a pleasant day at the beach. Along the seafront, you will also find a large selection of bars, cafes, and shops, giving guests the chance to explore the local area. Alcudia beach is just a 10-minute drive away from the town centre.
