The beautiful Villa Ginjols is a quality getaway home for your stay in Northern Mallorca. Offering spaces to support leisure and comfort throughout your stay, this four-bedroom masterpiece is complete with lovely interiors and immaculate exteriors to ensure you and seven fellow guests can make the most of your escape!

Fabulously pink, the villa adopts traditional Mediterranean style in its structure. This helps punctuate the outdoor area, emboldened by the glow of the sun, so you can enjoy both the climate and the surroundings. Indoors, areas have been finished to a high-standard, and chic furnishings and décor sit in spacious areas, to present a house that is modern, yet somehow very homely and familiar.

A living and dining area sits on the ground floor, the perfect place to gather all guests after waking or before sleeping. Here sofas and settees have been placed around a fireplace and television, giving you the choice of tender evenings with conversation and flame-lit settings or unwinding with films at any time through the day! The swanky dining table fully accommodates all eight guests and sits just behind the living area, so you can dine with the beauty of the fireplace or background noise of the television. The kitchen sits comfortably past the dining area, fully-equipped, so you can make anything you could need and breakfasts can be served thanks instantly to the informal dining table in the kitchen!

The villa has been divided between two storeys with rooms on either floor so you will need to ask yourself whether you want better views or quick access to the exterior before choosing. To make a choice even easier for families and those who prefer to sleep alone, you have the choice of three rooms, each with twin beds, with two on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. The ground floor rooms share the use of a family bathroom, and all the rooms are perfect for siblings. Upstairs, guests in the master bedroom have a double bed and views of surroundings the exterior and the sea in the distance on two balconies. Both bedrooms benefit from en-suite bathrooms.

Outdoors, enjoy the festival of colours that the exterior presents. Kick-back on the gazebo, on L-shaped sofas or lay down on the lawn around it. Get right into the pool, should you require some relief from the sizzling sun or take it on, from the comfort of loungers. Finally, when you need to refuel, an alfresco dining table makes for the perfect place to enjoy some bites!

Alongside picture-perfect beaches and bays, guests have an island steeped in seafaring, so expect speciality seafood dishes and an array of things to do on the coast and in the water!

Your stay in Villa Ginjols sees you in a delightful, upscale area, where nature and walls provide some privacy and peace. You are a short distance from the areas of Mal Pas-Bon Aire and Cielo de Bonaire, part of the wider Port of Pollensa. A superb place to explore the wonders of the northern tip of the island, the port is popular and thus crammed with amenities, services and facilities to ensure you have complete peace of mind throughout your stay!

Spend mornings and early afternoons wandering the area for cafes and places to enjoy breakfasts with the freshest produce, before admiring the beautiful architecture throughout the region, which also gives visitors a piece of history. Grab yourself some groceries or bits and bobs to use throughout your stay at supermarkets before heading over to local open-markets in nearby Alcudia, to grab things to remind you of your holiday! The town is also great when its dinner or lunchtime, as you can stroll along the promenades or make your way into the town for a taste of authentic Spanish cuisine, or try restaurants that infuse or put a twist on classic recipes.

Can you say you've been to Mallorca if you don't visit a beach? That won't be an issue for guests at Villa Ginjols, as its placement puts it in easy access to several stretches of the seaside! Just a ten-minute drive away will see you at Alcudia Beach and a few more minutes lands you on Playa de Muro. Both beaches offer stretches of white sand shores and brilliant turquoise seas where you can kick-back on the coast with a cocktail or get right into the refreshing waters!

THE REGION

The vibrant northern town of Alcúdia is truly a year-round location, offering life, history and culture throughout all seasons. Lying just one kilometre inland from the famous holiday resort of Port d’Alcúdia, it’s the ideal place to taste rich Mallorcan heritage without having to stray too far off the beaten path.

The pedestrian area offers inviting restaurants, cafés with beautiful terraces and cosy backyards, handicraft shops, stylish boutiques and Mallorcan specialities. Stroll by medieval houses, the proud town hall and the so-called Casas Señoriales, the majestic houses of past nobility. Here and there, you get a glimpse of one of the big, shady patios and time, and again you reach the outer rim of the town wall.

Villa Ginjols vibrant pink exterior will pique children's curiosity, especially if they are unfamiliar with Mediterranean styles of construction. Its playful colours signify what's in store for them and against the blue of the outdoor pool and the green of the lawn, presents a festival of colours to give you that fiesta feeling. Indoors, the swanky furnishings and designs will speak to adults whilst kids will enjoy the homeliness ever-present in the villa, as they relax on sofas and seats across the home.

The inclusion of several dining tables means that no matter where it's happening in this villa, you can ensure hungry-mouths are fed! The fully-equipped kitchen comes in super handy when its too late or inconvenient to leave Villa Ginjols and you can make the meal even more special with the use of the outdoor barbecue grill!

Family-focus in mind, Villa Ginjols offers three separate rooms, all housing twin single-beds so you can bring more kids than adults where necessary. The master bedroom also houses an en-suite bathroom and nice views to give adults that extra bit of peace of mind, a must-have feature for any good holiday-home.

Head straight over to the Port of Alcudia, where you have two post-card worthy beaches to pick from. Alcudia Beach and Playa de Muro, both Blue Flag Award seasides, present incredibly soft and safe sand for kids to play and dig on and transparent, azure waters for splashing and swimming. The seas are calm and shallow for metres out so everybody can get into the water to a certain point!

Family-friendly and safe, thanks to a lifeguard, changing rooms, showers and toilets, the beaches are lined with promenades and coastal vicinities offering cafes and bars for snacks and drinks whilst on the shores! And when hunger strikes, you can find anything from traditional Spanish delicacies to food from around the world!

As well as water-sports on the Balearic Sea, guests can visit Hidropark Alcudia, which offers a day of wild and wet fun with slides, rides and multiple amusements!

Security deposit £200 payable by credit or debit card before the arrival and to be refunded in full subject to a damage inspection on departure

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Bed linen an bath towels are included in the rental price. Pool towels not included in the rental price, extra €7.50 per person per week.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in rental price.
