Set across two levels, the villa includes four bedrooms - three on the ground floor, each with an en-suite, and one on the upper level alongside a spacious living room and dining area. Outside, the villa’s well-kept gardens frame a large swimming pool (heated in winter) with an integrated hot tub (not heated). A pool bar, barbecue area, table tennis table, and private gym round out the amenities, while the expansive terrace makes outdoor dining and relaxing a breeze.

Villa Esclata enjoys a prime position in Bonaire, a quiet residential area just a short drive from Alcúdia’s historic centre. Within easy reach are the sandy beaches of Sant Pere, Sant Joan, and Port d'Alcúdia, along with local shops and restaurants.
