Each room of Villa Beatrisa is light, spacious and airy, with huge floor-to-ceiling glass doors that showcase those incredible sea views and bright, fresh decor. The vast living area is open-plan and comprises a comfortable lounge area, a large dining space and a fully fitted kitchen that is well-equipped with modern appliances that include a large American-style fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, and toaster and kettle. Fixtures and furnishings in the living area are stylish and contemporary in design, offering pops of bright colour against the dazzling white decor and the glittering views of the ocean. Villa Beatrisa boasts home comforts such as WiFi, HD TV and portable Bluetooth speakers, as well as extras you might not expect, such as the use of a table tennis table and a handy laundry room complete with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Stepping out of the living area and onto the terrace, you’ll discover Villa Beatrisa’s beautifully expansive outdoor area, which not only features a private infinity pool (an absolute must for any villa holiday, we’re sure you’ll agree!), but also a decked outdoor lounging area and a small yet deliciously fragrant mediterranean garden.
The three bedrooms at Villa Beatrisa are just as luxurious and spacious as the rest of the villa, with the master bedroom offering stunning views across the bay of Alcudia. The room features a Super King Size bed, as well as blackout curtains for well-deserved lie-ins and modern ensuite facilities. There is also a balcony just off the bedroom - the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee while watching the pretty sailboats parading across the bay. The other two rooms are generously-sized, both featuring ensuite, King Size beds and incredible views of the mountains, pine trees and olive groves.
Added features of the villa include a basement and garage - perfect for storing your cases (and all of those local delicacies and bottles of wine you’ll be taking home!) and leaving your bedrooms clutter-free.

About the surrounding area of Villa BeatrisaVilla Beatrisa is located in an attractive and exclusive residential area, just minutes away from the famous Alcanada Golf Course - one of the most scenic on the island. Other nearby amenities include a convenience store for all of your essentials, such as bread, milk (and wine!), and the well-known La Terraza restaurant. We highly recommend popping into this little gem during your stay to enjoy a fresh coffee or some locally-sourced seafood dishes.
If you want to venture a little further afield, the pretty fishing village of Puerto Alcudia, and the oldest town In the region, Alcudia, are just minutes away from the villa. Alcudia is fully pedestrianised, so it’s perfect for exploring on foot. Here you’ll find a plethora of small, inviting restaurants offering fresh, local fare, as well as a street market every Tuesday and Sunday, where you’ll be able to pick up some local goods to enjoy, including some particularly good sobrasada (a delicious raw, cured sausage made with ground pork, paprika, salt and other spices).
But it’s not just Alcudia’s picturesque streets, fine dining opportunities and historical sites that have visitors returning again and again…the beach here is particularly beautiful, featuring 7km of curved white sands shelving into the glittering blue of the med. This little piece of Mallorcan paradise is lined with palm trees and thatched beach huts, restaurants and cafes - making it a firm family favourite for finding a sandy spot and staying all day. The bay’s shallow waters make this beach an excellent choice for those travelling with children, and for the adrenaline junkies among you, there are a variety of watersports on offer, such as canoeing and parasailing, as well as the opportunity for scuba diving!
If after all that sun, sand, sports and sangria, you’re yearning for something laid back and tranquil, you’ll be delighted to know that Parc Natural de s’Albufera, the largest and most important wetland area in the Balearic Islands, is right on your doorstep. Dating back to ancient times, this tranquil and beautiful nature reserve is home to over 300 bird species, including herons, osprey’s and egrets, making it a favourite destination for bird watchers and nature lovers.

THE REGION
The vibrant northern town of Alcúdia is truly a year-round location, offering life, history and culture throughout all seasons. Lying just one kilometre inland from the famous holiday resort of Port d’Alcúdia, it’s the ideal place to taste rich Mallorcan heritage without having to stray too far off the beaten path.
The pedestrian area offers inviting restaurants, cafés with beautiful terraces and cosy backyards, handicraft shops, stylish boutiques and Mallorcan specialities. Stroll by medieval houses, the proud town hall and the so-called Casas Señoriales, the majestic houses of past nobility. Here and there, you get a glimpse of one of the big, shady patios and time, and again you reach the outer rim of the town wall.

The property’s quiet location in an exclusive residential area and well-secured grounds offer peace of mind, safety and privacy to those who are holidaying with the little ones. The villa’s open plan and spacious interior are ideal for relaxing and spending time together as a family, and the kids are sure to be delighted to discover their own private infinity pool in which to play. Outside there are plenty of shaded areas where children can take some time out from the sun - including comfy day beds, which are sure to be an exciting novelty!
We’ve already mentioned nearby Alcudia beach (approximately a ten-minute drive from the villa), and it’s safe to say that it is a firm favourite with families. The sands can get busy, but the atmosphere here is laid back, and there are plenty of sun loungers and deck chairs available so that you can relax and enjoy the view. The waters here are shallow and calm - perfect for little paddlers! - and there are plenty of little cafes along the beach, so you won’t have any problems finding somewhere to grab snacks and refreshments. If you like your beaches a little quieter, Alcanada beach is around fifteen minutes away from Villa Beatrisa on foot. This mostly pebble beach doesn’t attract as many visitors but is equally beautiful. The kids will enjoy spending the day here looking for shells and skimming the pretty pebbles across the water while you relax, looking out to the lighthouse situated on a small island just off the shore.
A trip to Alcudia’s Hidropark is a must if you are holidaying here with children and is just a ten-minute drive from the villa. One of Mallorca’s smaller and quieter water parks, Hidropark is popular with families who are holidaying with children of all ages and features water slides, a splash area and a wave pool, as well as mini-golf, inflatable castles, floating balls and trampolines.
Eating out in the area with the kids couldn’t be simpler, with both Alcudia and Alcanada offering a huge variety of cafes, bistros and eateries ranging from trendy, modern tapas bars to traditional restaurants all serving fresh Mediterranean fare. Adventurous little eaters will be spoilt for choice with such delicacies as paella with snails, prawn risotto and slow-cooked suckling pig on offer…but there really is something on offer for all palates, from fresh homemade bread and olive oil to pizza, pasta and steaks.

We were really impressed with the villa, which was even better in the flesh than on the website. Equipped with everythin you need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. Modern decor throughtout and lots of different places to chill or eat. We especially appreciated the full bag of BBQ coals and table tennis. Lovely and quiet area with a nice beach just a short walk away.
