This pool is ideal for guests who wish to slip into soothing waters after a busy day of sightseeing. Not to mention, the swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and accompanying parasols. Thus, this property offers a variety of places for guests to truly unwind and relax. The exterior of Casa Nieto also makes use of a beautiful garden area, hosting a collection of exquisite plants and trees. The covered terrace also acts as a haven for guests, giving them the optimal space to relax and indulge in a range of outdoor dining experiences.
As you enter the property, you will see the sleek and timeless living area. This space uses an assortment of light and dark furnishings, creating an attractive contrast throughout the room. The brown leather sofas face a large flatscreen TV, creating the ideal space for family movie nights and other relaxation activities. The living room allows out to the outdoor terrace area. The dining area takes on a more eclectic theme, incorporating a circular glass table with a set of striped chairs. This helps to add a touch of colour and character to the entire space. The kitchen within Casa Nieto is teeming with facilities, allowing guests to experiment with their cooking skills whilst relaxing on holiday. The ground floor of this property also includes the first bedroom. This room includes a spacious double bed and also allows access to the outdoor terrace.
Moving upstairs, the first floor hosts the property’s other three bedrooms. The first two bedrooms contain large double beds with their own en-suite bathrooms. As such, guests are given their own sense of privacy and space whilst unwinding in their rooms. The fourth bedroom is a twin room that contains a pair of single beds. Thus, this room is suitable for children or for guests who would prefer to sleep separately.

About the surrounding area of Casa NietoCasa Nieto is just over 10-minutes away from the bustling town centre of Alcudia. Here, you will discover a wide selection of tourist hotspots and hidden gems. If you are looking to uncover more about the local communities within this region, the Alcudia Market is an ideal place to visit. This energetic market is just 2-minutes away from the town centre, making it a very accessible tourist destination. Moreover, this market is one of the oldest and largest on the island, so you are bound to find a few hidden treasures that catch your eye. Guests are encouraged to browse through all of the stalls, taking in the wide variety of clothes, craft items, and more. In addition, the market is split into two sections. The first is dedicated to local farmers who are selling fresh produce, and the second is open to other types of merchants. The Alcudia Market takes place every Sunday between 9 am and 2 pm.
S’Albufera Nature Park is just under 20-minutes away from the centre of Alcudia and offers guests the opportunity to explore the town’s native wildlife from an entirely new perspective. This far-reaching park is home to an abundance of unique species, including a large assortment of protected birds. There are a few routes to discover, each of which can be completed by foot or by bicycle. S’Albufera Nature Park also includes a visitor centre where guests can come to learn more about the 200 species of birds that live within the park. The visitor centre can also offer helpful advice about what is the best way to explore the park in full detail. S’Albufera is open from 9 am till 5 pm during the winter, and 9 am till 6 pm during the summer months.
Just a 6-minute walk away from the town centre of Alcudia is the Roman Ruins of Pollentia. This remarkable excavation site hosts an assortment of ancient ruins dating back to 100 BCE. Experts have been assessing the site for artefacts since 1923 and are still uncovering historical findings to this day. There are three main areas to explore: the theatre, the forum, and the public area of La Portella. As such, guests are invited to take a step back in time and unlock a unique piece of Roman history. This attraction also includes an intriguing museum where guests can go to learn more about the many objects they have found on the site. Tickets for this landmark can be purchased on-site, with adult tickets costing just €3.50.

THE REGION
The vibrant northern town of Alcúdia is truly a year-round location, offering life, history and culture throughout all seasons. Lying just one kilometre inland from the famous holiday resort of Port d’Alcúdia, it’s the ideal place to taste rich Mallorcan heritage without having to stray too far off the beaten path.
The pedestrian area offers inviting restaurants, cafés with beautiful terraces and cosy backyards, handicraft shops, stylish boutiques and Mallorcan specialities. Stroll by medieval houses, the proud town hall and the so-called Casas Señoriales, the majestic houses of past nobility. Here and there, you get a glimpse of one of the big, shady patios and time, and again you reach the outer rim of the town wall.

Kartingmania is just over 10-minutes away from the town centre of Alcudia and allows children to experience the thrilling sport of go-karting under the supervision of trained professionals. The custom-built track ensures that children of all ages and experiences are able to try the sport in an exciting and unique way. Before you begin your time on the track, every guest receives an in-depth safety briefing, ensuring that each member is kept secure and confident at all times. A 30-minute race costs around €20 per person. You do not have to book in advance as Kartingmania also accepts on-site bookings.
Hidropark is considered to be the best family-friendly water park in the whole of Mallorca. Located just 10-minutes away from Alcudia town centre, this attraction allows children to find their sense of adventure with a variety of water rides. Hidropark contains rides such as Kamikaze and Octopus and even has a unique mini-golf course on-site. This fantastic water park contains attractions for ages, meaning that the whole family can join in on the fun. There are even a collection of restaurants and cafes, allowing guests to grab a bite to eat before they embark on another incredible ride. Guests are advised to book tickets online in advance as there is a substantial discount available. Online, an adult ticket costs just €27.90, and a child ticket costs €17.90.
If you are a family of football fanatics, the ESA Soccer Academy is a real treat. This incredible soccer school is located just 6-minutes away from the centre of Alcudia. During your time at this facility, children will work with trained and knowledgeable instructors, helping them refine their football skills and learn industry-standard techniques. Each member of staff is FA and UFEA qualified coach, giving children the chance to learn from some of the finest teachers in the sport. ESA Soccer Academy welcomes children ages 5-16 and a 2-day academy experience costs around €51 per child.

Great family holiday
The villa was beautiful. All the rooms were a great size with really spacious living and kitchen areas. It was walking distance to some nice restaurants and not too far from a supermarket either. The seating in the garden area was lovely. We would certainly recommend for a family holiday. The owner was very helpful and met us on arrival and made it clear we could contact him with any queries.
