The kitchen within Casa Nieto is teeming with facilities, allowing guests to experiment with their cooking skills whilst relaxing on holiday. The ground floor of this property also includes the first bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a guest toilet. This room includes a spacious double bed and also allows access to the outdoor terrace.
Moving upstairs, the first floor hosts the property’s other three bedrooms. The first two bedrooms contain large double beds with one of them having their own en-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom is a twin room that contains a pair of single beds. Thus, this room is suitable for children or for guests who would prefer to sleep separately. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower on this floor.

Casa Nieto is just over 10-minutes away from the bustling town centre of Alcudia. Here, you will discover a wide selection of tourist hotspots and hidden gems. If you are looking to uncover more about the local communities within this region, the Alcudia Market is an ideal place to visit. This energetic market is just a short distance away from the town centre, making it a very accessible tourist destination. Moreover, this market is one of the oldest and largest on the island, so you are bound to find a few hidden treasures that catch your eye. Guests are encouraged to browse through all of the stalls, taking in the wide variety of clothes, craft items, and more. In addition, the market is split into two sections. The first is dedicated to local farmers who are selling fresh produce, and the second is open to other types of merchants. The Alcudia Market takes place every Sunday between 9 am and 2 pm.
S’Albufera Nature Park is just under 20-minutes away from the centre of Alcudia and offers guests the opportunity to explore the town’s native wildlife from an entirely new perspective. This far-reaching park is home to an abundance of unique species, including a large assortment of protected birds. There are a few routes to discover, each of which can be completed by foot or by bicycle. S’Albufera Nature Park also includes a visitor centre where guests can come to learn more about the 200 species of birds that live within the park. The visitor centre can also offer helpful advice about what is the best way to explore the park in full detail. S’Albufera is open from 9 am till 5 pm during the winter, and 9 am till 6 pm during the summer months.
Just a 6-minute walk away from the town centre of Alcudia is the Roman Ruins of Pollentia. This remarkable excavation site hosts an assortment of ancient ruins dating back to 100 BCE. Experts have been assessing the site for artefacts since 1923 and are still uncovering historical findings to this day. There are three main areas to explore: the theatre, the forum, and the public area of La Portella. As such, guests are invited to take a step back in time and unlock a unique piece of Roman history. This attraction also includes an intriguing museum where guests can go to learn more about the many objects they have found on the site. Tickets for this landmark can be purchased on-site, with adult tickets costing just €3.50.

The pedestrian area offers inviting restaurants, cafés with beautiful terraces and cosy backyards, handicraft shops, stylish boutiques and Mallorcan specialities. Stroll by medieval houses, the proud town hall and the so-called Casas Señoriales, the majestic houses of past nobility. Here and there, you get a glimpse of one of the big, shady patios and time, and again you reach the outer rim of the town wall.
