THE REGION
The vibrant northern town of Alcúdia is truly a year-round location, offering life, history and culture throughout all seasons. Lying just one kilometre inland from the famous holiday resort of Port d’Alcúdia, it’s the ideal place to taste rich Mallorcan heritage without having to stray too far off the beaten path.
The pedestrian area offers inviting restaurants, cafés with beautiful terraces and cosy backyards, handicraft shops, stylish boutiques and Mallorcan specialities. Stroll by medieval houses, the proud town hall and the so-called Casas Señoriales, the majestic houses of past nobility. Here and there, you get a glimpse of one of the big, shady patios and time, and again you reach the outer rim of the town wall.

Guests are welcome to enter one of the many observation stations and watch these majestic birds from a more intimate perspective. S’Albufera Nature Reserve is around 15-minutes away from the centre of Alcudia, and it should be noted that guests must gain a parking permit from the visitor centre if they are looking to travel by car.
Hidropark is an expansive water park that is situated just 10-minutes away. As one of Alcudia’s most popular attractions, this water park showcases a diverse range of slides such as Kamikaze, Octopus, and even an immersive wave pool. Once the whole family has embarked on a variety of water rides, they can enjoy a delectable meal in the on-site restaurant. For lovers of contemporary European art, Sa Bassa Blanca Museum is a must-see attraction. This unique museum was first built by artists Ben Jacober and Yannick Vu, who were determined to show Alcudia’s incredible art scene in more depth. Lovely Villa
just returned from another perfect holiday ,villa perfect ,amazing pool,even had a family of peacocks visit us most days,cannot fault anything,as usual,little piece of heaven for us,grandkids in pool every day,looking forward to next year

Great Villa, with wonderful grounds
Villa was very clean and well equipped. Location good for numerous beaches/amenities - although car needed Swimming pool was a huge hit and the grounds were lovely Plenty of space for outdoors eating and relaxing

Wonderful holiday - lovely Villa
We had a lovely holiday here with our 2 year old son. We didn't manage to use the pool as the weather was too cold, but the villa was comfortable and had the amenities we needed.
The villa was situated next to a farm so you could hear the animals but was not overlooked. Lidl was only 5 mins down the road, and it was just a short trip to the beach, so very convenient.
