Villa Estebana is a lovely three-bedroom villa in a desirable, front-line, seafront location with unbeatable sea views. This wonderful property offers you the relaxation and care-free style that you need for a truly enchanting holiday. Imagine yourself sipping a cocktail, staring out towards the horizon with only the sea within your sight.

The villa is spread over three spacious floors. The main living areas are on the ground floor. There is a tastefully furnished lounge with comfy sofas, ideal for socialising or curling up and watching something on the television. There is also a complete kitchen ideal for cooking up some summer feasts. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one king sized double and another twin. The double room has access to a beautiful balcony overlooking the seafront, the perfect spot for a morning coffee. The third twin bedroom is on the lower floor, with its own en-suite bathroom. The furnishing is modern and simple throughout, with a relaxed ambience so you can really settle in from the moment you walk in the door.

The star of the show in this villa is the fantastic view, so the external areas provide the perfect viewing platforms. The private salt water swimming pool is your front row seat to watch the waves crashing below, it’s the perfect spot to cool off in the warm climate. There are sunbeds so you can top up your tan or read your book. If al-fresco dining is your thing, there isn’t a much better location than this.

Villa Estebana has easy access to the marina of Puerto Calero where there are several international restaurants, bars, cafes and designer shops so there plenty to keep you busy during your stay. There are also sea excursions that leave the marina for a day and take you to nearby resorts and beaches. The villa is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing holiday in the sunshine!

Puerto Calero is nestled on the south-west coast of Lanzarote, only ten kilometres from Arrecife airport and twenty kilometres from the island’s capital.

Villa Estebana enjoys the ideal blend of a tranquil location, yet is just a five-minute stroll along the elegant promenade to the cosmopolitan marina with its array of designer boutiques, restaurants, cafes and buzzing cocktail bars. The marina offers ample potential to stroll, look at fabulous boats and soak up the luxury atmosphere.

Puerto Calero is an excellent base for some water-based activities, such as the Catlanza catamaran trips, submarine excursions and sport-fishing boat trips. Some diving schools are operating from the marina which offers instruction and guided dives from beginner level to advanced. 

This exclusive marina development is only a three-kilometre coastal walk to the main resort town of Puerto del Carmen, which is also where the closest beach is.

The Canary Islands are known for their year-round temperate climates, while Lanzarote is famous for its spectacular volcanic landscapes. The Timanfaya National Park offers unique moon-like terrain and is one of the reasons the island was declared a Unesco Biosphere Reserve. The main artistic legacy of the island is the visionary artist César Manrique whose architectural influence is evident all over the island.

Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Not available on this property.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? No.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included.
Minimum stay 5 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? For those who require pool heating, is included in the rental price between 1st November – 31st May. Outside of these dates, there will be a charge of €15 per day (to be paid to OT prior to travel). Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
Tax Tourist Tax is included in the rental price.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs 1 x travel cot and 1 x highchair are provided on a request basis. If guests require more, the extra cost will be €25 per cot and €15 per high chair, per week.

    Villa clean and comfortable and the concierge service was a great help by getting some shopping in ready for us. It was lovely and peaceful with wonderful sea views.

    We loved the location of this property. Situated 10 minutes walk from the main marina it is in a peaceful area, set above the quiet promenade, looking across the sea. The villa itself is modern, stylish and larger than expected. The master bedroom is stylish with great views from the balcony. In the morning we enjoyed watching the submarine set off from our bedroom balcony, during the day we loved spending time around the pool with THAT view and in the evenings we walked to the marina and experienced local fine dining at Amura. You are a short drive from lovely El Golfo and Yaiza and a clifftop walk to the relaxed local seafront restaurants at Playa Quemada.
