Villa Santa Eulalia is located just outside the centre of Santa Eulalia del Río, one of Ibiza’s most laid-back and family-oriented coastal towns. With its wide seafront promenade, welcoming beach, and easygoing atmosphere, Santa Eulalia has built a reputation as a destination that prioritises quality food, relaxed culture, and easy access to essential services. Guests will find everything from artisan bakeries and independent boutiques to well-stocked supermarkets, beachside cafés, and excellent local restaurants.
The villa is perfectly positioned for those who enjoy walking or gentle hiking, with a picturesque riverside path connecting the property directly to the town. Beyond this, the surrounding area offers a variety of scenic walking routes through pine-covered hills, farmland, and along the coast, allowing visitors to experience a quieter, more natural side of Ibiza. Whether exploring nearby viewpoints or simply enjoying a morning stroll, the landscape is varied and rewarding.
A short drive away lies Ibiza Town, the island’s capital and cultural heart. Its UNESCO-listed Dalt Vila rises above the marina, offering panoramic views and a fascinating look into the island’s layered history. By day, it’s a hub of shopping, dining, and people-watching; by night, it comes alive with rooftop bars, cocktail lounges, and the energy that Ibiza is known for. Despite its buzz, Ibiza Town remains accessible and enjoyable even for those seeking a more low-key visit.
For those drawn to the sea, Santa Eulalia’s marina is a gateway to a range of water-based activities. From paddleboarding and kayaking to private boat charters and group excursions, there are plenty of options to explore the island’s coastline. Boat trips often include stops at nearby beaches and hidden coves, or even day visits to Formentera. Local watersports centres make it easy to get started, whether you're looking to relax or pick up the pace with something more adventurous.

The Region
Santa Eulalia, Ibiza's third largest resort, is only 21 km from the airport and is a beloved destination for families and those seeking a quieter holiday. There is a beautiful, palm-lined promenade running the length of the broad and sandy beach, and the choice of hotels and apartments in and around the town itself is excellent.
Stroll along the famous promenade, where interestingly much of the beach is man-made, for some people watching and bar-hopping, then cruise down to the flashy marina to check out the luxury yachts moored in the port. Visit the mini-markets in the main square or head further around the coast to the hippy markets at Es Canar. Golf enthusiasts will be happy to know Ibiza's one and only golf course is in the region too.
