Finca Miranda oozes charm and warmth with palm-filled gardens and low, whitewashed buildings clustered around a gorgeous sunny pool deck. With six fabulous bedrooms, this outstanding villa sleeps up to 12 guests. Finca Miranda is situated within walking distance of the very pretty Port d’es Torrent and just a five-minute drive from the beautiful west coast sunset beaches of Cala Bassa and Cala Conta.
 
Port d’es Torrent is one of Ibiza’s hidden gems, blessed with Caribbean-esque, calm turquoise waters and perfect sands. Just 300m from the villa is Ibiza’s best supermarket ‘Es Cuco’, though within the sun-dappled oasis of Finca Miranda you could be in the middle of no-where. It is totally private and secluded. Cala Bassa is one of the most beautiful coves on the island and is surrounded by ancient, gnarled Sabina woodland. It is totally gorgeous, as is the famed Cala Conta Beach with its magical views to the little islands off the coast, especially at sunset.
 
Finca Miranda’s exterior spaces are astonishing with lush lawns featuring majestic palms, mature Mediterranean plants and even a small fish pond. There are various terraces offering shady spaces as well as sun-drenched ones, a fantastic 10m x 5m swimming pool and several outdoor lounge and dining areas. Deluxe day beds and loungers surround the pool, perfect spots to enjoy the rays and your holiday read. There is a shaded courtyard under a fragrant pine to chill and enjoy some cocktails or keep an eye on the built-in barbecue. You can choose between poolside dining under a pergola draped in colourful bougainvillaea or a cooler, covered space alongside soft sofa seating. The choice of entertainment space is endless.
 
The interior of this impressive, lavish villa is bright, colourful and brimming with traditional beamed wooden ceilings, terracotta tiles and rustic wood. You will immediately feel at home in such lovely, comfortable surroundings. The creamy white space of the main living area boasts plush sofa seating set around a fabulous winter fireplace. Two steps above, on the mezzanine level, a grand piano invites a play. The sunny, rustic kitchen is charming with its unique features and a large breakfast table. Sliding glass doors open to the pretty courtyard. From here you can access the laundry and the well-equipped gym offering yoga mats, weights, a cross trainer and a multi-station machine. The gym also houses three bicycles which guests are very welcome to use.
 
The villa’s six dreamy bedrooms offer a calm and inviting ambience with their rustic, individually chosen accessories and crisp white linens. The master bedroom boasts a kingsize bed, a charming ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower, a homely lounge area with a winter fireplace, beautiful views of the pool area and access to a terrace. Bedroom 2 is a cosy independent guest room with a double bed, an ensuite shower room and lovely views. Bedroom 3 also has a double bed and an ensuite shower room with direct access to a sunbathing roof terrace. Bedroom 4 is very spacious and has a double bed, ensuite shower room and access to the pool area. Bedroom 5 is ideal for children as it has bunk beds plus an ensuite shower room and access to the pool terrace.  
 
Finca Miranda is a wonderful, charming oasis offering complete seclusion but within steps of fabulous amenities.

Port d’es Torrent is a lovely tranquil spot on Ibiza, a welcome reprieve from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The sheltered bay cradles its 150m sweep of fine silvery sand and calm glistening water. With Blue Flag status, the beach offers sunbeds and parasols, beach bars and a lovely atmosphere.
 
Just 5 minutes away is its fast-living neighbour of San Antonio, a very lively resort with buzzing sunset bars, electric nightclubs, a vast range of water activities and a contagious buzzy atmosphere. The Sunset Strip is legendary where you can enjoy some cocktails, listening to the latest summer sounds and watch the vivid sun sink in a blaze of pinks, reds and oranges. Superclubs beckon the party revellers, and there is always something going on.
 
The beautiful Cala Bassa boasts 300m of gorgeous beach with wonderful amenities. The Cala Bassa Beach Club has four restaurants offering Ibizan, creative fusion, oriental and gourmet dishes, all shaded by ancient juniper trees and it has an exclusive Taittinger Lounge. DJ’s play a mix of lounge, chill-out and house music and you can soak up the sun’s rays on superb, comfortable loungers. 
 
Cala Conta is formed of several stretches of sand. There are two regular beaches and one nudist one. Pretty Jurassic rocks or blissful dunes backdrop the beaches. The views are made of dreams towards the pretty islets and bobbing boats. You really must visit this beach at sunset. The beach is popular for swimming and snorkelling.
 
Ibiza is known for its excellent spas and holistic vibe. The Pure Seven Spa at 7Pines Kempinski Ibiza, between the beaches of Cala Conta and Cala Codolar, is a luxurious haven of wellbeing, open to all visitors. From its fantastic cliff-top location, the views of the island of Es Vedra are incredible. Pure Seven Spa is one of the top spas on the island.

San Antonio is a great place to stay for its lively atmosphere, electric nightlife and one of the widest varieties of fun things to do on land and on water. And it is home to those world-famous Ibiza sunsets! The Sunset Strip is the ideal place to enjoy a cocktail, listen to all the latest summer sounds and then watch the sun slowly sink below the horizon in a blaze of vivid oranges, reds and pinks.

Fun on the water is a big thing in San Antonio. You can try one of the many boat excursions, party on the sea with a boat party or get into activities like jet skiing, parasailing and much, much more. And later on, enjoy San Antonio's legendary nightlife, with super clubs Es Paradis and Eden, beach club O Beach Ibiza, pool party venue Ibiza Rocks Hotel, many smaller cool venues and the bars of the famous West End.

Children adore Finca Miranda. The gardens are beautiful, with many different areas to play and a wonderful pool. The bunk room is ideal for children.
 
There are some fabulous beaches close to Finca Miranda, and Port d’es Torrent is within walking distance. It is a stunning beach with beautiful sand, ideal for children. Others have a larger range of watersports as well as turquoise calm, crystal clear water to play and swim. Cala Bassa has pedalos, banana boats and jet skis and a good range of family-friendly restaurants. The lively San Antonio has a number of children’s playgrounds, mini-golf, bouncy castles and the fun Ocean Mania floating waterpark, an inflatable playground in the sea with rope swings, trampolines, balancing beams and slides.

There are many boat trips from San Antonio where children can enjoy the magical coastline, take part in watersports or enjoy the sea life from glass-bottomed boats. The Capitan Nemo boat trips can take you on a 2-hour trip calling at the beautiful Cala Gracio, Cala Garacioneta, Cala Salada and Cala Saladita bays en route to the two small islands, Islas Margaritas or a 3 hour trip to Es Vedra passing many picturesque bays.
 
Aquarium Cap Blanc, San Antonio is often called ‘The Lobster Cave’. It is located in a large natural cave which was previously a lobster nursery. It is used to house rescued sea turtles before they are released back into the wild as well as being a colourful aquarium. There is a wooden walkway over the water and tanks housing colourful fish such as rainbow wrasse, sea sponges, octopus, rays, starfish, shark eggs and much more.
 
If you head over to the east coast of the island, there are tourist trains that run from Es Figueral, Santa Eulalia and Cala Llonga as well as Portinatx in the north. You can take the trains to the famous hippy market at Punta Arabi where you will find a huge array of leather goods, fabric, hand-made ceramics and entertainment for children. They can have their faces painted and design t-shirts, amongst other activities.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €4,000 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Bed linen, bath and pool towels are included in the rental price.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights and weekly stays only. Please enquire for other durations.

Tax Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person per night for over 16's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid prior arrival via a link direct to the supplier.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
