Designed to make the most of its location, the villa provides a calm and comfortable setting for a relaxing holiday, with an emphasis on the incredible views. The striking, private pool and terrace offer an inviting space to unwind while enjoying the scenery that stretches out beyond the property.
Outdoor living is a key feature of the villa. The terrace is furnished for both relaxation and dining, allowing guests to spend much of their time outside. Sun loungers provide a comfortable spot for enjoying the warm Ibizan climate, while the dining area is well suited to relaxed meals outdoors, particularly in the evenings.
Inside, the villa has a bright and airy feel, with natural light flowing throughout the living spaces. The interiors are finished in a clean, modern style, combining white décor with carefully selected furnishings. The living room is equipped with contemporary entertainment facilities, including a television, projector screen and DVD player, making it a comfortable place to relax at any time of day. The modern kitchen is well equipped and features a breakfast bar with stools, creating a practical and sociable space for preparing meals and gathering together at the start of the day.
Although the villa enjoys a peaceful, rural setting, it is conveniently located close to Ibiza Town, where a wide range of restaurants, shops and cultural attractions can be found. - Please note that although this property is within walking distance to a restaurant and the area of Cap Martinet, the route is via quiet roads without designated pavements, and it is also downhill from the property (please enquire if you require more information)
