Hosting up to 12 guests, the lovingly modernised villa, complete with Wi-Fi access in each room, is ideal for large families or entertaining groups of friends. The villa’s six stylish double bedrooms each boast en-suite bathrooms and LCD televisions. Air conditioning is available throughout the villa, allowing guests to feel cool when away from the Ibiza sun.

Cooking will be a pleasure rather than a chore with the spacious kitchen, offering both indoor and outdoor cooking facilities. Choose whether to dine inside or out, thanks to the large open plan salon, making it a fabulous setting for a long lunch that turns into dinner.

Casa Ibiza Lux is fully equipped with high-end fitness equipment, making it ideal for those who love to keep fit, as well as relax, during their getaway.  Yogis will adore the outdoor yoga platform located amongst the manicured gardens, whilst the indoor fitness room features a cross training machine, free weights, and space for yoga and stretching.  There is even a convenient en-suite shower.

After all that hard work, the sun terrace is the perfect spot for a glass of something cold whilst making the most of glorious rays. From there you can enjoy the picturesque views across the only golf course on Ibiza.

Guests will love the luxury of having not one but two private swimming pools, which gives guest chance for some alone time whilst relaxing on the luxurious sun beds.

The villa is located in Roca Llisa, thought to be the best urbanisation of the island, providing exclusivity and plenty of luxury and peace for holidaymakers, making it a world away from the busier spots of the party island. However, it’s just 7 km from Ibiza town and 16km from the airport so although you feel a million miles away, guests are still close to the touristy hot spots should they wish to visit.

The villa is located close to one of the hidden gems of Ibiza’s coastline. Cala Olivera is only a short drive away and is a quiet, secluded and unspoilt cove as it has been kept somewhat a secret by the local residents. The beach itself is a natural cove with the most beautiful views. If you love to snorkel and dive, this is the perfect spot to indulge thanks to the crystal clear waters.

There are larger but just as beautiful beaches close by. Cala Llentrisca is a small fishing cove hidden under the cliffs of Es Cubells; Cala Carbo is one of Ibiza’s most private little beaches; Vadella is home to water sports and plenty of beach bars; Cala Moli has its own beach club and Cala Tarida is the longest and widest beach on the west coast of Ibiza.

Ibiza town offers guests fabulous nightlife, with world-class restaurants and trendy bars lining the cobbled streets. The Old Town is home to chic boutiques and there are art galleries and museums to visit too. There’s pretty much something for everyone.

For golf lovers, there is a beautiful course just a little inland called Golf Ibiza.

The large villa provides plenty of space for children to explore. Children will love the modern elements of the villa, with WiFi throughout, home entertainment system in the lounge, and not one but two private swimming pools to choose from in the garden. 

Parents and couples haven't been overlooked and if teasing your toes in the sand as you relax isn't quite enough to keep you occupied there are pedalos and a diving school available. If you fancy staying dry, try your hand at beach volleyball which is a favourite on the golden sands. There are also excursions and other interesting things to do nearby.

If you wish to explore further afield by day, one of the most entertaining and relaxing means of transport is the small Tourist Train, for a fun day out visiting nearby beaches or the famous hippy markets of the island.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €2000 paid via bank transfer to the owner before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

Departure time 10 am
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental price. Please bring your own pool towels.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights
Changeover day Saturday.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Not permitted.
Tax Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person per night for over 16's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid prior arrival via a link direct to the supplier.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
