Villa Niuge is a beautiful accommodation with a private swimming pool and two bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 people. This holiday villa is located within the complex "Vista Golf", in Salobre Golf Resort, a private and unique complex in the south of Gran Canaria, only 10 minutes by car from the tourist areas of Maspalomas and Meloneras.
This private villa has two double bedrooms: on the ground floor, there is one bedroom with two single beds and a complete bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as direct access to the garden and swimming pool; the main bedroom, on the upper floor, has a double bed and direct access to the upper solarium with sunbeds. There is another bathroom with a shower upstairs.
The interior of the Vista Golf 10 villa is bright, functional and spacious. It consists of a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you may need for a pleasant stay: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.
Outside this charming holiday home, there is an outdoor dining area and a seating area right next to the private swimming pool, which can be heated (with a supplement), comfortable sunloungers for sunbathing, a barbecue and beautiful views over the golf course.
What you should know…
- There are lots of stairs accessing this villa and the pools, therefore making this not the most friendly villa to those who have mobility issues.

With its famous landmarks, this area is also celebrated for its wide selection of flawless beaches, such as Playa de Maspalomas. Complete with endless stretches of soft golden sand and sapphire blue water, it is an unmissable attraction for anyone looking to let go of their worries and focus on the beautiful sights and soothing sounds surrounding them. Once you have explored everything that this beach has to offer, be sure to travel into the local town, where you will come across a plethora of bustling bars and restaurants. Thus, guests can grab a delicious bite to eat before returning to the beach for more fun. Playa de Maspalomas is situated around 20 minutes away from the villa.
Parque de Santa Catalina is a deeply mesmerising landmark that can be found just under an hour away from the villa.
