An intriguing feature of Casa Radenia is its annex, housing two of the double bedrooms, thus transforming the property into a spacious 5-bedroom villa, and making it an ideal accommodation for two or more families holidaying together. Modern amenities abound, including a safe for your valuables, air conditioning and heating for climate control, and a washer and dryer for your laundry needs. In addition, a solarium with inviting hammocks allows you to soak in the Mediterranean rays in blissful tranquillity.

Beyond the villa's interiors, an outside dining area beckons, complete with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Security deposit €1000 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

Departure time 10.00 am
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning , laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & vaping are not permitted.
Tax Balearic Eco Tourist Tax is included in Oliver's Travels booking fees.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
