As you enter the property, you will be astonished by the assortment of ornate and grandiose furnishings that make this house an outstanding spectacle. The main living area collates a group of high-quality seating areas, making this an incredibly soothing space to relax. Guests have the option to lounge on the plump sofas or snuggle up with a good book in their very own reading area. The dining area can accommodate a large group of guests, using a broad wooden table and set of blue chairs that are lined with exquisite and soft crushed velvet. Moving on to the kitchen, this space uses a white Corian coutertop, creating a cohesive and light environment for guests to enjoy. This floor is also home to two large bedrooms. One room contains a queen-size bed, and the other contains joined twin beds, both fitted with ample linens.

Travelling upstairs, this is where you'll find four other bedrooms. The third bedroom contains two queen-sized beds as well as an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. This room is ideal for guests who are looking to enjoy their own sense of space and serenity. There is one more bedroom with a queen-sized bed and two other rooms, both with joined twin beds, allowing each guest to gain an amazing night's sleep throughout their stay on this property. The basement level on this property is also home to a bedroom that contains two queen-sized beds. Villa Florez Mijas is located in the impeccable region of Costa del Sol, a location that is well known for its tourist hotspots and bustling atmosphere. This region is also recognised for its collection of luxurious golf courses, such as Los Naranjos Golf, which is just under half an hour away from the centre of Costa del Sol. This course seems to span for miles, comprising 18-holes and a collection of fairways and bunkers. In fact, Los Naranjos is seen as one of the finest courses in Spain and is used for a variety of professional tournaments. There is also a golf academy centre on-site, allowing guests to build upon their skills and ensure that they are ready to take on this magnificent course. The Los Naranjos Golf course is open every day from 7:30 am till 8:30 pm.

If you are looking to experience the wonders of Costa del Sol from a spectacular height, the Teleferico Benalmadena is a must-do attraction. This intuitive and modern cable car system gives guests the opportunity to rise 700 m above sea level and gaze at the awe-inspiring mountains that sit peacefully below. This tour lasts for around 15 minutes and travels 5.65m from Arroyo del Miel to the peak of Sierra de Mijas. The Teleferico Benalmadena is just under an hour away from the centre of Costa del Sol.

Costa del Sol is also home to a wide assortment of beautiful landscapes, offering inspiration and passion to every guest who visits. El Torcal Natural Park can be found about an hour and 45 minutes away and provides three exquisite trails for guests to explore at their own pace. These trails meander through a collection of terrains and lead guests up towards the amazing mountain range that sits in the far distance. This park is also home to a diverse assortment of wildlife and four different species of oak trees. Thus, El Torcal Natural Park emphasises the natural beauty of the entirety of Costa del Sol. There is also a visitor centre on-site that provides more information about the ecosystems that reside here as well as some of the far-reaching history of this wondrous landmark.

Bioparc Fuengirola can be found around an hour away from Costa del Sol and allows children to experience the wonders of wildlife in a truly unique way. This attraction is an entirely ethical zoo, meaning that the animals are not kept in cages or other harmful conditions. Instead, Bioparc Fuengirola stimulates tropical climates and places animals in raised walkways and ditches away from the general public. Children can observe animals from four world regions, such as Himalayan tapirs, Sumatran tigers, and pygmy hippos, providing them with an unforgettable experience. Bioparc Fuengirola is open Monday-Sunday from 10 am till 11 pm.

If you are travelling as a family of avid history lovers, the Alcazaba de Antequera can help to expand your knowledge of European history. This monumental fortress dates back to the 1000s and experienced a large amount of expansion during the 1300s. It was originally used as a Mosque but was converted into a church during the Christian reconquest of the 13th century. Guests can pick up an audio guide at the entrance of the fortress and embark on a deeply immersive journey through the walls of this significant building. Also, as this fortress is in an elevated position, guests can also experience a range of panoramic views as they travel to the top of the towers. Alcazaba de Antequera is just over 90 minutes away from the centre of Costa del Sol.

Alameda Park is a key tourist attraction within Marbella and can be found around half an hour away from Costa del Sol. This quaint and elegant park blends the horticulture of a botanical garden with the modern features of a European plaza. Therefore, guests can observe the variety of delicate flowers as well as the ornate fountain in the centre of the park. Even the benches are decorated with precision, using a collection of hand-painted mosaic tiles that express the history of the park. This is a perfect place to visit if you are looking to unwind and indulge in a bit of people-watching during your trip.

Security deposit €3000 charged to client’s credit card before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Flexible, although please be aware that the owner requires a 1 day gap between bookings.
