Enter the villa at ground floor level, where you will be welcomed by the most stunning light, bright and airy, double-height, open-plan living space, with seamless outdoor access. The seating area has a wrap-around sofa and two matching armchairs, worked around a selection of coffee and side tables, whilst two chaise longue face a flat-screen satellite television. The space-age kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you will need to cater for your stay or, better still, treat yourself to a private chef. The adjacent eight-seater dining set with upholstered tub chairs is perfect for some impressive entertaining. A study area with a desk chair, and hanging bookcase completes this level.

Take the stairs down to the lower floor, where there are two bedrooms with a queen-sized bed and an en-suite shower room. A media centre hosts a sofa and satellite TV, a pool table, and a fully equipped gym. Take the stairs to the upper floor, where the Master Suite has a king-size bed, a smart TV, a dressing room, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a walk-in shower.
