Join the jet set when you vacation in Vista Preciosa, perfectly positioned perched on the hillside of the most exclusive Golf & Country Club near Puerto Banus on the south coast of Spain. This simply stunning, three-storey detached house has six beautifully appointed bedrooms. It can accommodate up to twelve guests, ideal for a fabulous family holiday or a group of friends' glamourous getaway. The property is in a secure gated community with access to two international golf courses. It is surrounded by lush green parklands, private road access, and parking for four cars. The villa sits on its grounds with meticulously manicured Mediterranean gardens, panoramic sea and mountain view vistas, and your own private indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The impressive architect-designed property has floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the villa with natural light and glass-fronted sea-view terraces and balconies. The interiors are equally exquisite, furnished with Italian designer pieces, mirrors, and marble take a starring role, and decorated in a palette of crisp, clean white with contrasting shades of the sea and sand highlights.
Enter the villa at ground floor level, where an atrium has striking views straight through the terrace and the turquoise sea. There's a choice of inviting seating areas, elegantly furnished with deep cushioned sofas arranged around coffee tables and satellite televisions. The state-of-the-art stainless steel and marble kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest appliances you will need to cater for your stay, or better still, ask the Villa Manager to organise a private chef to do your cooking. Serve supper at the contemporary twelve-seater dining set, perfect for splendid indoor entertaining. Work on holiday in the study space, with a desk, chair, and sofa. There are three super spacious bedrooms on this floor, all with king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms, two of which share a television sitting room. Take the stairs to the upper floor, home to a magnificent Main Suite, furnished with a king-size bed, a superb dressing room, an ensuite bathroom with a sunken bathtub, and a covered sea view furnished terrace. There is a second bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The sixth bedroom is on the lower floor and is furnished with a queen-size bed and an ensuite bedroom.
Have fun on the lower floor; start the day with a swim in the indoor pool, a workout in the fully equipped gym, and then sweat it out in the full-size Finnish sauna. While there, choose a bottle of wine or two from the cellar for dinner. Extra visitors or staff can be accommodated in an independent guest house with two double bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms.
Spend your days outdoors. The landscaped gardens are home to water features and a lower-level infinity swimming pool surrounded by deep cushioned loungers on which to soak up the Spanish sun. Relax at the sumptuous soft seating spots and feast alfresco under the stars at the outdoor dining set.
