Behind its traditional façade, generous interiors reveal preserved mural paintings, high ceilings and carefully considered design, creating a home that feels distinctive without losing sight of its history.
On the ground floor, the kitchen, dining and living areas flow together in a bright open-plan space, with large windows opening onto a private courtyard. Here, guests can unwind in the heated pool, settle into the outdoor lounge or enjoy long meals around the exterior dining table. Upstairs, seven individually styled bedrooms offer plenty of flexibility for families, groups of friends or larger gatherings, with king-size and twin sleeping arrangements and en-suite bathrooms throughout.
A rooftop terrace adds another memorable setting, with far-reaching views towards the Montgó mountain and a front-row seat for Mediterranean sunsets. Despite its position on one of Dénia’s liveliest pedestrian streets, the house is well insulated from outside noise, creating a private base in the middle of town.
