The residence seamlessly blends Mediterranean whitewashed charm with handcrafted elegance. Exchange vows beneath the shaded naya, sip cocktails beside ancient olive trees, cacti and the shimmering pool, then take in the breathtaking sea views from the rooftop terrace. For a quiet moment, retreat to a hidden corner before rejoining close family and friends to celebrate your special day in such enchanting surroundings.

There is an events fee for hosting a wedding, however final pricing is on request as every enquiry is different.

There is no in-house catering but the venue has a list of recommended suppliers if needed.
Other Wedding Suppliers
The venue can provided a list of recommended suppliers such as florists, caterers, photographers, make-up artists and wedding planners. They can also hire out their folding tables and chairs (see below).
Packages
The venue can help with furniture hire such as folding tables and chairs (as entrances may be too small for non-folding furnishings). This is subject to an extra cost (per table and per chair).

8-12 guests can stay at Villa Boutique Joya whilst nearby Villa Boutique June sleeps up to 10 guests.
Venue Accessibility
The venue is not easily accessible by public transport. Parking is only on the street next to the house (there is no on-site parking for weddings).
Unfortunately there is limited accessibility for wheelchair users – please enquire.
Venue Back-up
There is a large naya (around 14x3m) that can be used for the ceremony – it is not indoors but it is covered so would work for a ceremony if it was raining.
Flexibility on Duration
There is a usually a minimum stay of 4 nights but this can depend – please enquire.
Children
Children are welcome (no childcare services are available).
Other Information
There are limited security measures in place. As always, guests are responsible for their belongings.
Noise should be minimalised by a certain hour to respect neighbours – loud music must be turned off by 11.00 p.m.
There are some specific restrictions on décor/themes – please enquire.
Please note that any event rental may be subject to additional charges, venue hire fees and to a higher security deposit, which will be in addition to any published rental rates and fees.
All events are on request only and subject to prior agreement from the owner, who reserves the right to refuse all events without their prior authorisation.
