Torre Caballe, an extraordinary, fully staffed large villa in the Aragón region of space, close to the border with Catalonia and Valencia, is a converted fortified farmhouse set in 60 acres of almond groves and forest with unparalleled views. Book this exclusive property rated in the Condé Nast Gold List for a family holiday, wedding or celebration. Guests enjoy a secluded location with the comforts you expect, such as authentic country cooking in a dining room for 20.
The grounds contain a private swimming pool, separate Jacuzzi, poolside shower and covered and uncovered terraces. Children will love the multimedia and games rooms and fossil hunting in the neighbouring hills. The nine well-appointed bedrooms have king and super-king size beds and en-suite bathrooms. Gather together in the unique sitting rooms, including one built around a rock and another on the top floor with breath-taking views.
The Matarranya region, known as Aragon’s Spanish Tuscany, represents the best of traditional Spain’s food and customs. It’s a scenic drive to traditional villages and medieval towns with prehistoric sites. Adventurers can hike the Els Ports National Park’s trails and climb the rugged cliff faces nearby.
This family-friendly holiday villa is just under 3 hours from Barcelona Airport, near the village of Fuentespalda, and closer to smaller airports such as Reus and Castellón-Costa Azahar.
- The private drive is a 4km track that is is not suitable for all car types and we recommend hiring a car to reach this property (please enquire for more information if needed)
- Please note that the property does not have air conditioning, but portable fans are available and the thick stone walls help to cool down the interior
- Quiet and non-intrusive villa manager lives on-site and will be very happy to help
- The pool is available from the 1st of May till the 1st of October

The interior of Torre Caballe can host intimate gatherings, whereas the wedding lawn can accommodate grand celebrations with ease. From personalised planning services to catering services, Torre Caballe’s owners are committed to assisting their guests in having their perfect day. The property's private heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and scenic terraces create an idyllic ambiance for pre-wedding relaxation and post-celebration serenity.
Guests will be captivated by the villa’s historical charm, olive and fruit trees with an inviting ambiance, creating cherished memories that will last a lifetime. Whether envisioning an intimate union or a grand soirée, Torre Caballe ensures an idyllic setting and unparalleled hospitality to make every wedding celebration truly magical.
Wedding Ceremony
The ceremony can be set on the lawn of the villa and can seat up to 120 guests. For the max capacity, seating will spread around the pool. The owners can also obtain an English-speaking celebrant for the wedding ceremony. However, they are unable to have a priest come down to complete the ceremony.
Should the weather be un-ideal, there is an option to hire a marquee that will give cover from the weather.
Wedding Reception
Torre Caballe has several options for your wedding reception, depending on the size of your party. For more intimate gatherings these could take place on the lawn, or on the upstairs kitchen which can hold 20 guests seated and 50 standing. The lawn can seat 120 guests and will normally require a marquee (at an extra cost).
Dancing is possible with the hiring of a dedicated dance floor for 120 guests and will provide an amazing location for some late-night dancing and celebrating in a beautiful location. Dancing can go on until whatever time is desired, as there are no music restrictions here.
Where to stay
Torre Caballe can accommodate 18 adult guests, with some extra beds available for children. Its nine well-appointed bedrooms, featuring king and super-king size beds, offer comfort and luxury for all.
For further accommodation, we suggest that guests stay in the nearby town of Fuentespalda, where there are options to suit a range of budgets. Although Torre Caballe does not provide transport between the local town and the villa, they are happy to suggest a trusted company to help with your needs.
Wedding Planning
The owners can recommend a wedding planner, or guests are welcome to bring their own if that is desired.
Catering
The owners can provide in house catering or can outsource this, depending on the guests desires.
The owners do not charge an additional corkage.
Other Information
Weddings can only be held between Mid-May and Mid-October at Torre Caballe, however you are not restricted by start or end times during this period.

There is a set event price of €2500 (subject to change). There may be an additional fees for cleaning depending on the scale of the wedding. This is the same for if portaloos are required.
Please note that any event rental may be subject to additional charges, venue hire fees and to a higher security deposit, which will be in addition to any published rental rates and fees.
All events are on request only and subject to prior agreement from the owner, who reserves the right to refuse all events without their prior authorisation.
