Villa Sant Feliu is a large, informal countryside house in the quiet village of Sant Jordi Desvalls, within easy reach of both Girona and the beaches of the Costa Brava. Set over 270 m², three floors and sleeping up to 16 guests, it’s a practical choice for extended families or groups of friends looking for space, privacy, and a slower pace.
The layout is straightforward and well suited to groups. On the ground floor, there’s a relaxed living and dining area next to a fully equipped kitchen, plus access to a spacious terrace that overlooks the surrounding countryside. Each of the upper floors includes a second lounge and a set of bedrooms, offering extra breathing room for larger groups. A pool table adds a simple indoor option for downtime.
Outside, the property includes a fenced swimming pool with parasols and hammocks, as well as a small fountain that can be switched on from a button. A basic football field setup sits just next to the pool, giving children space to play while adults unwind nearby. Everything is designed for comfort over polish, making it easy to settle in and enjoy the rural setting.
