• There are 4 wall mounted air conditioners within the house, one in one of the bedrooms, another one at the entrance, one above the staircase and the last one in the downstairs living room
• Bedrooms are opened based on occupancy, so smaller groups may not have access to all rooms unless booked accordingly (please see T&Cs)
• The pool is unfenced and as such children should be supervised at all times
