Additional Fees for Events
Yes, there is an additional fee for wedding and event packages – please enquire for more information. Special pricing usually includes wedding cloakroom service, bathroom cleaning during the event, courtesy room for the couple, entry to the family residence for photoshoots (the couple only) and use of the dedicated wedding spaces (see below). Catering and other services will be at an additional charge. There is a church nearby (150m away).
Wedding Ceremony and Reception
There is are separate spaces for a ceremony and reception. The dedicated spaces for weddings include three patios, the pool terrace, gallery and stables (typically used for a reception/party).
Catering
The venue has regular caterers that they work with to allow flexibility. External caterers need to be approved by the venue in advance as they must meet the quality standards the venue upholds for their clients (as well as respect the property and ensure it is left in the same condition in which it was found).

Venue Accessibility
Please note the venue can be accessed via public transport – please ask for more details. There is very limited car parking on site (only two spaces) and for larger events this area must remain clear for operational reasons. These spaces can be made available (on request) for smaller events.
The property is partially accessible for wheelchair users – please contact us for details so we can ensure the venue is suitable for your requirements.

There are music/noise restrictions – music is only permitted until midnight.
There are certain restrictions on décor/themes, for example the use of confetti and glitter is not allowed. Sparklers or anything involving fire are also prohibited.
Please note that any event rental may be subject to additional charges, venue hire fees and to a higher security deposit, which will be in addition to any published rental rates and fees.
All events are on request only and subject to prior agreement from the owner, who reserves the right to refuse all events without their prior authorisation.
