Accommodation-wise, the lower floor features a capacious living and dining area that bridges the gap between indoor and outdoor spaces. This area leads to a partially covered surface that encompasses a private (heatable) swimming pool, a terrace for sunbathing, and an outdoor dining locale. The fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar, is also found on this level. A second living space, adorned with comfortable seating and direct access to the front garden, completes the lower floor.
Moving to the upper floor, you'll find three double bedrooms, each boasting an ensuite bathroom, along with a twin bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom. Sliding doors in each of the four bedrooms grant access to generous terraces, where uninterrupted sea views take centre stage.
Outside, the meticulously maintained mature garden is complemented by sunbathing terraces and a lush lawn. - The swimming pool can be heated for an extra charge - please note that this must be requested in advance as the pool takes 48 hours to heat.
