Panorama Pearl House

Panorama Pearl House is a beautifully restored 1908 mansion located just 900 metres from Funchal’s Old Town - offering sweeping views of the ocean, the cityscape and surrounding mountains. With space for up to 14 guests, the house features seven generous bedrooms, eight bathrooms and garage parking for three cars, making it an ideal base for large families or groups.

Inside, the converted ground floor includes a bedroom, two bathrooms and a games zone equipped with a large Smart TV, gaming console and a foosball table - perfect for evenings indoors. On the main floor, you’ll find an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area that flows out onto a veranda - a great spot to enjoy a drink while the sun dips over the Atlantic. This level also includes a dedicated office, a cosy TV room, a utility room and a guest WC.

Upstairs, five bedrooms (two configurable as twins) share three ensuite shower rooms and a family bathroom. The entire top floor is dedicated to the master suite, complete with its own ensuite shower, private balcony and uninterrupted views over Funchal harbour and the sea - an exceptional vantage point for watching New Year’s Eve fireworks. All bedrooms offer climate control and the house is served by high-speed Wi‑Fi.
