A charming and romantic property located in Comporta, Cabinas Comporta offers guests the chance to explore a rural paradise as well as the plethora of amenities found on-site. The exterior of this property is nothing short of truly mind-blowing, sporting an expansive lawn area that seems to span for miles. This impeccable garden also makes use of an extensive swimming pool, allowing guests to cool off in the refreshing water whenever they please. This property also contains a collection of quaint and unique outdoor terraces, providing guests with an exquisite space to enjoy their evening meals.
Entering the main hut, you will come across a stylish and contemporary living area. This space includes a pair of large white sofas that have been decorated with an array of grey scatter cushions. The living area also showcases a series of exposed wooden ceiling beams, giving the entire villa a comforting sense of tradition. Opposite the living area is an attractive kitchen area that sports an eclectic range of blue furnishings. As a result, guests are free to prepare and serve an assortment of delicious meals throughout their stay on this property. The main hut is also home to the first two bedrooms. These rooms contain spacious double beds that have been lined with an ample set of linens, ensuring that guests can enjoy a restful night’s sleep.
The second hut is home to the master bedroom, as seen by the considerable king-sized bed that sits in the centre of the room. This space also contains a walk-in-closet and provides access to its own en-suite bathroom. Guests who choose to stay in this hut will also be greeted with a plethora of panoramic views, particularly of the idyllic rice fields that sit close by.
The third hut is designed for children and contains an additional three bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms contain a pair of single beds, making them suitable for small children or for a couple who prefers to sleep separately. The third and final bedroom contains a bunk bed set that can accommodate two other children.

This casino is highly acclaimed amongst both tourists and locals due to its large variety of slots and game tables. Comporta has a remarkable diversity of natural systems with long stretches of beach, windswept dunes, scenic pine forests, salt marshes and rice paddies which become a vibrant green in June. The region is also characterized by rice fields and its main attraction, the Comporta beach: 20 kilometres of uninterrupted white sand, a beach lover’s paradise.
As with the rest of Portugal, you can expect sun-blessed weather year-round in Comporta. The best months of the year to visit Comporta for long beach stays are from June to September, while the spring and autumn months are still suitable for picnics or day trips.

This wondrous attraction is located in an archaic rice mill that dates all the way back to 1952. The museum showcases a plethora of alluring artefacts and machinery, giving guests a more comprehensive look into this vital manufacturing industry. Once you have explored the grounds, guests are encouraged to visit the on-site restaurant. Here, you can experience a nuanced range of rice dishes that have all been crafted using an assortment of impeccable local ingredients. The Rice Museum is based just a stone’s throw away from the centre of the region.
The Roman Ruins of Troia are a deeply inspiring attraction that is able to transport guests to a long-forgotten past. These ruins are also on the UNESCO World Heritage Tentative List, elucidating their significance within the region. Guests are free to explore a variety of excavation sites, such as authentic baths and factories, as well as a mausoleum and necropolis. The site also hosts a fish-salting facility that is considered to be the largest known to exist anywhere within the Roman Empire.
