Villa Dianai is the perfect spot for a luxe getaway. Located a short drive away from the renowned Aroeira Golf Resort, this is a modern villa that welcomes the most distinguished guests. Spread over two floors, this elegant villa can accommodate ten people, with five bedrooms and spacious living areas to comfortably fit all guests.
As you enter the villa, you are overwhelmed by the incredible natural light that beams in through the large windows in the living room. This glamorous, modern room has plenty of comfortable seating for everyone, so whether you are all seeking respite from the sun and want a cool spot to read or whether it’s family movie night there’s plenty of space. There is also a separate lounge nook, with another television and comfy sofa.
The kitchen is separate and has a dining table in the room, perfect for creating and serving big feasts made from local delicacies. There is also a separate dining room that opens out to the outdoor dining area – so many dining options, so little time.
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms; one suite with a double bed and bathroom and another bedroom with two single beds. There is also a guest bathroom on this level. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms; two suites each with double beds and an en-suite and one master suite with a double bed and en-suite, equipped with a Jacuzzi.
While the inside of this home is stunning, it’s safe to say the hub of this home is the outdoor area. Complete with a private swimming pool, large garden, bathroom (with a shower), table tennis, outdoor dining and living options and a barbeque.
If you fancy catching some sun around the pool, there’s plenty of sun loungers and chairs. So, no matter where the sun is, you can find it. Meals can, and should, be enjoyed outside – sipping on fresh juices as soon as the sun comes up and enjoying a local wine when the sun goes down – bliss!
All of this is located just 4 kilometres from the nearest beach, Praia da Fonte de Telha beach. It’s also positioned a short drive away from the Aroeira golf resort, where you will find two 18-hole golf courses, four tennis courts, a spa, communal tropical swimming pool, playground, shopping area, supermarket, and restaurant.

Portugal is a stunning holiday destination, enticing guests from all around the globe, all year around. With its desirable Mediterranean climate and stunning beaches, it’s no surprise it is one of Europe’s most lusted after destinations.
This villa is located along the Lisbon Coast. This area offers crystal clear waters and beautiful beaches; from sheltered, secluded coves to what seems like endless sandy beaches. Not surprisingly, the biggest drawcard to this area are the stunning beaches, from fine sand resort-like spots like Troia to unspoiled beaches like Adraga; there is a beach for every type of holidaymaker.
This villa has an ideal location with everything you could need incredibly close. Less than 5 kilometres from the villa are beach bars and restaurants that specialise in freshly grilled fish and many offer terraces so you can enjoy your meal, local wine and the stunning sunset simultaneously.
This town has a lively atmosphere when the sun sets, with plenty of venues become nightclubs and live music bars come nightfall. The villa is also located close to some bigger cities for day trips; Lisbon is just 25 kilometres away and Setubal 40 kilometres. The closest airport, Lisbon Airport, is 30 kilometres away.

The Region
Only 25 km from Lisbon, located in a protected pine woodland and close to the coastal town of Caparica, Aroeira is a unique estate comprising two golf courses. Aroeira offers golfers the perfect combination of a championship course set amidst exuberant natural surroundings.
The closest beach from Aroeira is Fonte de Telha. It is a pretty good spot for Surfers, and you will also find several choices of beach bars and restaurants to go to. The beach also offers free showers located right at the entrance near the main path in front of the parking spaces and the mini market.
