Located on the Aroeira Golf Resort, Casa Begon is a charming 6-bedroom villa with plenty of space for up to 12 guests. Just 2km from the beach and around 25km from Lisbon itself, the villa is in a great location with fantastic views over the golf course, a private pool and a host of resort facilities nearby. Casa Begon provides the ideal home away from home for families, groups of friends or multiple couples looking to switch off and spend some time in the sun with loved ones.
On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of prep space and appliances, as well as a large living and dining room, where guests can relax and socialize together. Two bedrooms are also located on the ground floor, one with a double bed and one with twin beds; both have their own private bathrooms. On the first floor, there are four more bedrooms, including three double rooms and one twin room with bunk beds. All of the bedrooms are like a private haven for guests to relax and get a good nights’ sleep, and they all have their own private bathrooms!
Outside, there is a 12 m x 4 m private swimming pool, surrounded by plenty of comfortable sun loungers for guests to relax on. There is also a lovely outdoor BBQ/dining area, where guests can prepare and enjoy alfresco delicious meals for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Casa Begon also boasts a manicured garden, perfect for outdoor play, and the villa also comes with its own bicycles for guests to explore the local area. Thanks to its beautiful location surrounded by pine forests and greenery, Casa Begon feels private and secluded, whilst enjoying a wonderfully convenient location. Within the resort, guests can find two golf courses, four tennis courts, a spa, shopping mall, as well as several bars and restaurants. With fantastic facilities and beautiful beaches just a stone’s throw away, as well as the city of Lisbon in such close proximity, guests are spoilt for choice at Casa Begon.

Nestled in a pretty spot on the Lisbon Coast within the Aroeira Golf resort, Casa Begon is just 4km away from the beautiful beaches of Lisbon coast, and 25km from Lisbon itself. The closest beach is Praia Fonte da Telha; known for its golden sands this beach tends to be less crowded and has incredible sand dunes, a high bar and water sports.
At the resort, guests have access to two 18-hole championship golf courses. There are tennis courts, spa, health centre and playground as well as restaurants and shops. The resort boasts a stretch of thirty kilometres of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal; whether it be the lively and buzzing beach at the village of Costa da Caparica, to the more wild and rugged beaches at the southern end of the stretch, guests will not be short of choice. This region of Portugal is ideal for water sports enthusiasts, whether it be canoeing, snorkelling, diving or surfing, the area is a water lovers’ paradise.
The beauty of the Lisbon coast is that it provides a breezy escape from the capital, whilst being home to some of Portugal’s historic jewels, which attract thousands of visitors: the ancient walled town of Obidos, the 12th century monastery at Alcobaca, the Catholic pilgrimage site of Fatima, and the fairytale palaces of Sintra. Estoril is where Ian Fleming took inspiration for the James Bond books, offers whitewashed and cobbled charm which will take you back in time; the marina is where the well-heels moor their yachts, while the town’s casinos provide quick action.
For the most spectacular lookout point in the area, head for Cabo Espichel. A lighthouse and monastery sit on the dizzying cliffs, with the expansive Atlantic Ocean ahead, making this a place to go to reflect and be at one with nature – and many make the trip when visiting Lisbon, around one hour’s drive north.
Lisbon itself is a vibrant and colourful city with a fascinating history; the town is rich with museums, monuments and a lively waterfront with bars and many restaurants showcasing a blend of traditional and contemporary architecture.

Only 25 km from Lisbon, located in a protected pine woodland and close to the coastal town of Caparica, Aroeira is a unique estate comprising two golf courses. Aroeira offers golfers the perfect combination of a championship course set amidst exuberant natural surroundings.
The closest beach from Aroeira is Fonte de Telha. It is a pretty good spot for Surfers, and you will also find several choices of beach bars and restaurants to go to. The beach also offers free showers located right at the entrance near the main path in front of the parking spaces and the mini market.
