Casa Vista Carvoeiro is a contemporary coastal retreat set just a short walk from the centre of Carvoeiro and its renowned beach. Positioned to make the most of its south-facing aspect, the villa enjoys far-reaching views across the Algarve coastline, best appreciated from its generous outdoor terraces.

Designed with outdoor living in mind, the villa features a spacious sun deck, a private heated pool, and shaded lounging areas with Balinese beds. A barbecue and alfresco dining space create an easy setting for long, relaxed meals, while the rooftop terrace - complete with seating, dining area and kitchenette - offers an elevated spot for evening drinks overlooking the sea.

Inside, the main living area is bright and open-plan, combining a fully equipped kitchen, dining space and comfortable lounge. A lower-ground entertainment level opens directly onto the pool terrace and includes a TV lounge, bar and mini-kitchen, ideal for laid-back days by the water. Known for its golden sandy beach framed by striking cliffs, the area offers a relaxed atmosphere alongside a good selection of restaurants, cafés and local shops.

From the villa, guests can easily explore the scenic coastline, including the nearby Passadiços do Carvoeiro boardwalk, where walking trails reveal impressive ocean views and access to hidden coves. Boat trips, kayaking and coastal tours are also readily available, offering a different perspective of the region’s caves and rock formations.

Carvoeiro has always been known for its beautiful coastline, adorned with cliffs, coves and incredible sandy beaches stretching all the way along to Albufeira. These days, however, there is a lot more going on in this charming town than just waves hitting the sand (although that’s certainly still a highlight). In the past few years Carvoeiro has developed to accommodate for the growing number of tourists who are curious to see what the fuzz is all about, and the town continues to get livelier and livelier each summer. While it has kept its character and remains exquisitely peaceful, there are also plenty of modern amenities and loads of exciting activities in the area. The only thing Carvoeiro won’t provide is a good party, but there are other parts of the Algarve which are perfect for that.
