Nestled amongst 2 acres of greenery with stunning views of the Atlas mountains, four-bedroomed Villa Zaria is a truly impressive Moroccan gem and surrounded by lush landscaped gardens; infused with the fragrant scent of citrus fruit trees and a rose garden. Villa Zaria's pink palatial exterior provides the perfect introduction to the beauty that lies within this stunning property.
Inside the villa has been designed with great attention to detail, the spacious interiors are light and bright, comfortably accommodating eight to ten guests (depending if adults only or with kids in tow). On the ground floor, there are two stunning reception rooms, both large and airy, one with a gorgeous Moroccan interior and the other with a more European feel. Guests can choose to cook up a storm in the large fully equipped kitchen, or for those wanting to relax completely, the villa's on-site chef can do all the work for you! The spacious yet cosy lounge makes a relaxing retreat to enjoy after a busy day exploring the bustling souks of Marrakech. This floor also boasts the first of the bedrooms, a double complete with en-suite, dressing room and patio doors leading to the gardens.
The first floor is home to the remaining three bedrooms, each decorated with calming Moroccan accents and all boasting en-suite bathrooms. Two of the three bedrooms offer flexibility with the option to be set up with twin or double beds. Guests are bound to argue over the beautiful third bedroom which boasts its very own dressing room as well as a balcony with an outdoor terrace area. The real wow factor can be found on the rooftop terrace, the perfect spot to spend a relaxing evening with your loved ones stargazing in the Moroccan moonlight.
The gardens are just as magnificent, enclosed with high walls covered in bougainvillaea and jasmine, they offer guests complete privacy from neighbouring villas. The large outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers, perfect for sunbathing and relaxing in the warm Moroccan sunshine. The shaded terraces that surround the villa provide the ideal sun relief while still allowing you to bask in the beauty of your surroundings while enjoying dinner al fresco or watching the sunset with a cocktail or two.

- Villa Zaria is located in a exclusive area on the outskirts of Marrakech so a car is needed to fully experience all that this wonderful part of Morocco has to offer. Cherif is available locally to drive you if you prefer not to hire a car and is always on hand to ferry you to Marrakech or other day trips such as the Atlas Mountains.
- Please note that a friendly dog resides on the property, though it is not permitted indoors.

The rental rates at Villa Zaria include a fully staffed villa with cook, maids and breakfast each morning. Please note that extra meals, drinks and any additional services are NOT included in the rental price and will be charged to you locally as an additional cost on your departure. Payment for these additional services must be made in cash at time of departure as there are no credit card facilities at the villa.

Guests can either choose from a menu prepared by the villa’s chef, or for a small delivery charge (€30), the staff can supply food sourced locally at cost, which the chef can prepare for guests at no additional cost.

My friends and I just got back from an amazing stay at Villa Zaria! The villa is gorgeous, and the pool was massive—a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sun.
Khadija and Aicha were lovely and cooked us two delicious dinners as well as our breakfast each morning, and we adored Kiya, the sweet villa dog. Cherif was super helpful, arranging all our transfers to the medina and an amazing quad biking trip in the desert.
I’d highly recommend Villa Zaria to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful getaway in Marrakech. -
Can not recommend this villa enough
The photos of Villa Zaria do not do it justice. The property is beautiful!
The staff are so kind and helpful, the chef’s food was so amazing, and the driver Cherif was the best.
I can not recommend this villa enough. The rooms are beautifully done, the pool is very large, and the gardens are exquisite.
No request is too much for the staff and I will be back in the future. The owner is also very helpful he arranged a fridge stock for us and was so accommodating to ensure we had the best time possible. All rooms are en-suite, and the location is not too far from the city centre and perfect to escape from the hecticness of Marrakech city centre after a long day.

A wonderful week!
We spent a wonderful week at Villa Zaria south of Marrakesh. Its location is perfect for exploring Marrakesh and Atlas mountains. The villa is just stunning and the Morrocan styling and attention to detail makes you feel like you are experiencing a palace. The garden is also so beautiful and having a lovely pool area and sunbeds to relax in is also wonderful. The staff at the villa were also lovely to us, cooking delicious and varied meals over the week (and in our case all vegetarian which I know can be challenging!) and helping us out whenever needed. We had one of our best family holidays ever!

Everything about our trip to this property was amazing - from the spotless pool and wonderful staff, to the luxurious but comfortable spectacular villa and surrounding grounds and gardens which were all in keeping with the relaxing ambience of Marrakesh.
The 4 staff worked tirelessly to make our stay relaxed and we became very fond of them by the end of the holiday.
Cherif was more than accommodating and looked after us well in all our visits outside of the villa - from airport pickups to trips to the supermarket.
We took the owner's advice on some restaurants and were not disappointed - eating at the lovely La Maison Arabe amongst others. I would recommend a pre diner drink at the main bar in either (or both) the Royal Mansour Hotel or La Mamounia Hotel before eating at one of the numerous stunning restaurants in the souk. I would also highly recommend Azar restaurant where you will be treated to some belly dancing while you dine.
The villa is also well suited for children, with plenty of outside space and games provided - as well as a villa cat, dog (so calm and loving) and even a tortoise who you may see wandering the grounds!! My son especially loved the tv room where he could get great Wi-Fi and keep cool at the same time and the nearby water park (Esouria) where we spent a fun day.
We dearly hope to return at some point. -

Absolutely amazing property and perfect for bringing friends and family together. The staff were lovely and kind...they look after the house beautifully and will also prepare delicious meals if required.
We hope we get the chance to revisit at some point.
Everyone in our group had a very relaxing holiday and really enjoyed the pool area and the fabulous weather.

We stayed at Villa Zaria for a week in October 2019 and have never stayed in such a beautiful, relaxing property. Everything about the trip was amazing, from the sheer luxury of the villa, to the wonderful girls at the house, Cherif the driver, and just the fantastic city that is Marrakech. We cannot recommend the house enough. Thank you for letting us stay and having the most fantastic holiday

Incredible
We had an incredible, restorative vacation at Villa Zaria. It is , first of all, breathtakingly beautiful (the photos, as lovely as they are, do not do justice to the place itself.) . But it is not only stunning to look at, it is also completely comfortable, warm, and welcoming, with lots of thought put into practical concerns like lighting and mattresses and linens and pillows! Add to this a pristine pool, flowering hedges, orange, pink, and red bougainvillea blooming everywhere, pomegranate, date, and lemon trees, lots of birdsong and a burbling fountain. What you get is truly a paradise. The garden is dotted with inviting spots to sit and relax or read, small groupings of very comfortable chairs and tables so that you can follow the shade or the sun as the day goes by. Inside, as grand as the salon is, it is also a cozy place to hang out, with big soft velvety couches to curl up on and read. We got very attached to Khadija and Aicha, who are sweethearts, and spoiled us silly. Khadija's cooking was so wonderful and the terrace such a beautiful spot for dining that we quite lost interest in trying out restaurants! Basically, we barely wanted to leave the place at all. I would love to go back. The owner has put together a very informative and useful guide to the house and included lots of helpful ideas about places to go in Marrakech, which we completely followed!

What a holiday!
A stunning villa of huge proportions set in mature, attractive grounds. Highlights: - The food, the resident chef cooks up a storm (and even went to the Carrefour to pick up the ingredients). - The service, all bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas were cleaned daily and you never noticed it getting done! - The pool, it's heated (properly) and massive. The kids spent at least a couple of hours there daily and it was February. - Day trip to the Atlas Mountains with traditional Berber lunch in a Kasbah (setup by the driver Cherif). - Half day trips in to the Medina and souks of Marrakech, followed by cocktails on the roof terrace back at the villa. - Post dinner drinks by the grand fireplace (that was started up for us every evening) Lowlights: - It rained on one of the days We were two families with kids aged 1-7 but would recommend to anyone. A truly memorable and relaxing holiday!

This was the best stay ever! AMAZING is too small to describe our experience in Villa Zaria. We are so grateful. Everything was perfect. Quality all the way. We loved it and it made our stay in Marrakech incredible and magical. We sure hope we can go again.. C'était vraiment absolument parfait!

This was my second time in this villa and I am starting to feel very much at home and love the staff. We had a stunning time. This time I was visiting with my family. Still waking up from my Marrakesh dream! We have had a gorgeous time in Villa Zaria. It was an overwhelming experience! We can recommend this house highly. We will definitely plan another visit. The Palace
