The villa is designed for relaxation and entertainment within 5,000 square meters of meticulously landscaped gardens. Please note that the kitchen is for staff usage only; guests are not allowed to cook or prepare any meal. Usage of the kitchen for nibbles (tea, coffee, sandwich, etc.) might be allowed prior to agreement with the owner/property manager.
- Within the price of the villa, your cook will serve delicious breakfasts. You have the option of half or full board for an extra cost.
- There are a number of extra services that you can request, such as pool heating, massages, hammam treatments, babysitting, drivers, airport transfers, grocery delivery, villa pre-stocking and much more that will come with an extra cost.
- The staff includes a housekeeper. If the villa is full, then an extra housekeeper will be required, which will also be for an extra cost.
- The villa can sleep ten adults and up to four children.
- Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, ideal for guests with mobility issues.
- Please bear in mind that during Ramadan, the traditional month of fasting and purification, some restaurants and cafes close during the day and general business hours are reduced.

- En liberté" formula: You pay the price of the groceries (and a lump sum of 500 dirhams per day). The house staff will do the shopping and cook with the ingredients you buy.
- 1 meal per day formula: from €28 per person per day* + a softs drinks package of €5 per person.
- 2 meals per day formula: from €48 per person per day* + a softs package of €5 per person.
