Nestled in the foothills of the breath-taking Atlas Mountains, Villa Adilah is a luxurious home-from-home complete with a heated pool, private tennis court and more, for up to 16 lucky guests!
On your arrival, our housekeeper will ensure all business is in order, giving you the chance to unwind and put your feet up simply; you’re on holiday, after all! Your very own personal chef will prepare your meals, and the shopping will be done at the local markets and supermarkets.
The entire villa is set across one spacious, air-conditioned floor in a traditional Moorish style, creating an open and interconnected ambience. From every part, you can admire breath-taking panoramic views.
The living room has lots of comfortable spots to enjoy a moment of peace, while the dining room is fantastically formal and elaborate, creating a unique space in which to enjoy meals together!
In the main building, you will find four double/twin bedrooms and a fifth room connected to one of the double bedrooms with a set of bunk beds, ideal for two children. All four rooms extend from the enchanting central courtyard.
Each of the rooms is warmly lit through the many windows and filled with vibrant red and browns and is equipped with a unique Moroccan-style ensuite bathroom, with a delightful shower.
Furthermore, there are three separate units in the garden, each with one bedroom and a private bathroom, offering up to six guests that little extra space and privacy! All of the bathrooms are uniquely styled to reflect the warm colours of the natural landscape beyond, with forest greens and sea blues throughout.
In the mesmerisingly beautiful garden, you can enjoy a dip in your vast, heated swimming pool, complete with a pool house with a bar and BBQ, and even your private tennis court! If you’re after a little more fun and games, try your hand at the famous boules-like game of péntaque, or test your reflexes on the ping pong table!
For the ultimate relaxation and indulgence, there’s a private hammam with a massage room, and we will be more than happy to arrange for a masseur to visit the villa! We also have available four sets of golf clubs that you can use on the unbeatable local golf courses literally on your doorstep, including some of the best in the country!
What was once a stop-off for hippies and hedonists has emerged through centuries of global visitors to become an unmissable capital of African tourism, with an alluring mix of North African culture and modern delights. Get lost in the maze-like Medina, splash-out in the souks, indulge in the extraordinary cuisine in any of the hundreds of food stalls and be sure to chat with the friendly locals!

Food and drinks are NOT included in the rental price. The housekeeper will do two shops per week - the pre-stock and one mid week. Any additional shopping will be 200 dirhams per trip. A full board option is available which will be £280 per adult per week and £140 per child per week. Under 3s are free. This will include breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea if required, evening meal and all soft drinks. Alcohol will be extra. |

Overwhelmed by the sheer beauty of the building
From the moment we arrived at the villa, we were overwhelmed by the sheer beauty of the building, the grounds, the welcome of AB and staff, and how delightful the villa smelled!
The villa was plenty spacious for 16 of us with large rooms, beautifully decorated with traditional Moroccan decor. We had our own chefs who cooked up a great selection of food that tasted unreal.
AB our host was on hand for anything that we needed and we were encouraged to treat the house as if it were our own. AB and the staff went over and above to make our stay unforgettable.
We pre-arranged a party night and that was just magical with a traditional band and fire eater - would highly recommend this.
Overall our experience was amazing and overwhelming and if we ever get a chance to come back we will!
Thank you for everything and all your help to make this a totally unforgettable birthday holiday for us all and my sister whose birthday it was. -
We all felt like royalty and lived & ate like one for the week
The villa itself, what can I say was absolutely amazing!!!
It is a traditional moroccan villa with beautiful views of the Atlas mountains, great surroundings and amazing staff. It truly was an amazing home for 15 members of my family who came out to celebrate my mum's 70th.
The rooms were spacious and clean, had great working AC in every room, super wifi and netflix.
The staff from AB the manager, the ladies that prepared our 3 x meals and garden/maintenance/night watchmen were lovely and amazing.
We all felt like royalty and lived & ate like one for the week. I was very humbled when I got a call from the actual owner of the villa to see if everything was ok. That for me was going that extra mile and made us feel special.
Honestly can't recommend this experience enough, it was definitely much more than I expected. It was just perfect. Thank you Sara and staff for making this a special and wonderful experience and I will recommend this villa to everyone.
P.s defo use the hammam, get the body scrub and massage. AB (manager) organises it for you as he does with everything else. Thanks AB.

My stay at Villa Adilah was simply extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, we were completely taken care of by AB and the incredible team. This splendid place is undoubtedly a testament to their hospitality, dedication, and attention to detail.
The villa itself is beautiful and perfectly situated, providing a serene and relaxing ambiance, which was a welcome contrast to the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, and immaculately clean. Every space has been meticulously designed to provide a welcoming and luxurious environment, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and rejuvenation.
AB and the team went above and beyond to cater to our every need. Whether it was the exceptional culinary experiences they provided with their delicious food, the wonderfully indulgent hammam, or the varied recreational facilities, there was never a dull moment at Villa Adilah. Everyone in our group had an amazing time and there was something for everyone.
The service was top-notch, with staff being professional, friendly, and eager to assist. AB was an exceptional host who ensured that we were well taken care of at all times. He and his team anticipated our needs before we even knew we had them, which added a unique and special touch to our stay.
I cannot recommend Villa Adilah enough! It is a gem in the heart of Morocco. We truly had a memorable stay and will definitely be coming back for more. Heaven on earth
Villa Adilah was Heaven on earth and ALL of us from the youngest aged six to the oldest a decrepit eighty eight enjoyed every minute. Fabulous property in itself with that lovely pool and what a villa! We were all so comfortable. I had the tarboosh room or is it the Chambre de Fez? So quiet and perfect. I did however note the hour of rising began to drift in the morning, a sure sign of children's exhaustion and adult conviviality!
Nothing could however have produced these results without the expertise of the team in place. They did a fantastic job. AB ..... WHAT CAN ONE SAY ..... Phlegmatic in total control and continuously making light of any challenge, Solved before one could elucidate! Your ladies giggled, chucked and the children were made to feel totally at home. We too. Fantastic menus and nothing too much trouble. Those lunches and dinners something one cannot forget. Enough credit cannot be given to AB who won top marks as the Jeeves of Morocco !

The best time
Thank you. We truly had the best time staying at Villa Adilah. The villa, the pool, tennis, basketball and incredible food prepared by our own personal chef – I can think of no better way to spend a holiday and relax. The staff were very friendly and took great care of us. They kindly accommodated special requests as we were travelling with a baby and a toddler. They also arranged for us to go to the souk, on a quad bike and camel adventure and a refreshing hamam. We had a local band come to the villa to entertain on a special barbecue evening. My friends and family were speechless when they saw the villa and were even more speechless when they left.
I would highly recommend staying in this villa and all related experiences.

It is immaculately clean and beautifully presented
We flew from Australia to join some close friends and family from UK and Portugal for a week at Villa Adilah. It has been 10 years since we had all been together. What an incredible week we had! The property is big enough to easily handle all of us (15 people). It is immaculately clean and beautifully presented, with authentic Moroccan design and decor. Sara organised for fridges to be pre-stocked with food and drinks of your choice, so the holiday can begin from the moment you arrive. AB, the amazing property host and staff made this week one the best holidays we have ever had. Nothing is too much holiday, help is only a questions a way. The staff made three delicious, fresh meals daily, prepared with care and thought, with snacks as needed. We were able to have a completely stress free week and spend quality time with our loved ones with everything taken care of. For the adventurous, there is lots to see and do close to the villa. For those that need to stop and unwind, it is perfect place to do that. Just take a good book, swimming costume and a good appetite. We give this holiday experience a 6 out of 5. A big thank you to Sara and AB for an incredible week. We will be back.

Perfect Place To Relax
Villa Adilah is the most perfect place to relax and enjoy and amazing family holiday. The villa is perfectly equipped (inside and out) for a large group and is better in the flesh than we had all been dreaming about from the photos. AB and his team were the perfect hosts, from giving us great local advice to supplying the most delicious meals. They always made us feel perfectly at home. My holiday highlights include waking up to the amazing mountain views, daily trips in to the bustling Medina, delicious food and great local wine, an evening spent dancing under the stars with a fabulous local band, strolling around the beautiful gardens (filled with impressive flowering banana trees, the scent of orange blossom and the twitter of hundreds of birds), a morning swim in the huge swimming pool and time spent chatting in the shady outdoor terrace. Everything was just perfect and I'm dreaming of being back very soon! Thank you.

Idyllic!
What an amazing holiday! From the moment I booked it for a week's stay to celebrate my lovely daughter's birthday with all my family, everything was absolutely seamless. Sara couldn’t have been more helpful and gave us loads of brilliant pre-holiday tips (not least recommending an excellent local rose and red which was consumed in huge quantities!)
Villa Adilah and its settings are every bit as beautiful as expected from the photos yet so, so much more. Stunningly decorated with fabulous indoor and outdoor dining areas, a massive swimming pool, beautiful gardens, tennis court, ping-pong and petanque - not to mention the comfy seating area on the terrace, spacious enough for all 11 of us to put our feet up, more often than not with a pre-dinner gin and tonic in hand!
But what makes Villa Adilah SO incredibly special is the amazing AB (what an absolute star! ) and his wonderful team, who were all fantastic. Mouad and the fabulous girls in the kitchen couldn’t have looked after us better. Nothing was too much trouble. Always smiling and friendly, they spoilt us with delicious local food served at tables glittering with candles and scented with rose petals. A massive thank you to them all.
In one word, Villa Adilah is IDYLLIC. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your gorgeous Marrakech home - we are already planning a return trip....

An Utter Delight
I am so utterly delighted that I spotted an advertisement for Villa Adilah in 2017 and thought to book it for friends and family to celebrate too big a birthday at the end of 2019! Little did I know what a stroke of genius it was to be. From the moment of initially telephoning to being delivered back to Marrakech airport at the end of the holiday it was totally perfect. The villa itself delivers everything which the website promises in terms of accommodation and astonishingly beautiful surroundings. What it doesn't tell you is the fabulous service you receive when you are there and the warmth with which you are treated. The meals were utterly delicious and plentiful delivered with a ready smile and nothing was too much trouble. AB the mastermind at the Moroccan end is excellent at his job. Again, any wish was granted at though by a genii! In short we could not have asked for more or had a better holiday, it was perfect. What on earth can we do to top this for my husband's big day?!

We had a wonderful week at your lovely house. The weather was the icing on the Christmas cake. All ages of us had a tremendous time and Villa Adilah was everything that we'd hoped it would be. Amazing! Amazing!
Amazing, amazing. We have all had the most incredible week. Everyone has loved it from start to finish and no one wants to go home!!! I thought I could hide in the end cottage. The staff have been simply brilliant. Mouad has been charming and so helpful, wonderful in the kitchen, laying tables and clearing and always with a smile. The girls in the kitchen have been unreal, every meal has been delicious. AB is a complete and utter superstar completely amazing so so proud of the Villa and nothing was too much .

Fab!
We, along with friends and family, have just spent a fabulous 10 days at Villa Adilah. Apart from the villa being gorgeous and comfortable the whole experience was made incredibly relaxing by the attentiveness and attention to detail both before and during our stay. Prior to our stay Sara ensured we had all the information we needed and guided us through menu choices, confirmed all our plans and travel arrangements and generally ensured that we had a seamless experience. Whilst at the villa AB and his team were wonderful. We had the most delicious food and every effort was made to enable us and our guests had a fabulous time at Villa Adilah Thank you to the entire team.

Amazing!
We had the most amazing holiday. Villa Adilah was glorious, the setting, the decor, the huge comfy seating area outside (which allowed all nine of us to put our feet up at once!), the monster pool so perfect for inter-family Jeux sans Frontieres combat from lilo racing to dive-n-drift competitions interspersed by table tennis keepy-uppy and basketball hoops, even the wildlife got a look in (post-prandial frog-spotting expeditions, a visiting tortoise called Speedy, egrets and an errant hedgehog in the accidental Nature Reserve framed by mountains). But what makes Villa Adilah really extra special is the Kitchen Dream Team! They were just fabulous. They chopped, chatted, cooked, cleared and dealt effortlessly (so it seemed) with our nightmare combination of food allergies while smiling beatifically as huge, dripping children (I use that term loosely) padded in and out of their domain raiding the fridge, picking bits off the table, messily assembling mojitos with all the limes in the house and demolishing Nutella in the middle of the night. We loved them. And a huge thank you to AB for facilitating copious quantities of rose (great steer there, thank you!) and transport.

Second Visit
Having returned for my second girls trip holiday at Villa Adilah in as many years, it really is the most magical place. - so much so, that I'm returning with my husband and children at half term! Villa Adilah is beautifully designed in true Moroccan style and is very comfortable and peaceful with stunning views of the Atlas mountains. The fabulous team of staff look after you so well - where else can you have all your delicious meals cooked for you and not have to lift a finger? It really is a very special place, ideal for groups wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of city life, with plenty of extras on offer for those not wanting to sit still for too long.

Brilliant 4 days
Me and four gals had the a brilliant four day stay at Villa Adilah. AB couldn't have been more helpful and the staff were all fantastic. Trips into the medina, a massage and scrub in the hamman, delicious food, swimming, tennis, table tennis. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you everyone at Villa Adilah. We'll come again.

Splendid
We have just spent a wonderful week at Villa Adilah. The property itself is splendid: excellent open living areas and comfortable bedrooms, with lovely grounds and amazing views of the mountains. And of course, plenty to do at the villa with swimming, tennis, boules etc. But what really made the week special was being looked after by the amazing AB, and cooked for by Fatima and her sister.
