- Your villa chef will prepare all meals and drinks for you. You just pay for the groceries and drinks and delivery service
- Pool heating and any other requested services will incur an extra fee.
- The villa is single-storey. You only go up stairs to get on the exceptional roof terrace.
- Please bear in mind that during Ramadan, the traditional month of fasting and purification, some restaurants and cafes close during the day and general business hours are reduced.
- Please note that the kitchen is for staff usage only; guests are not allowed to cook or prepare any meal. Usage of the kitchen for nibbles (tea, coffee, sandwich, etc.) might be allowed prior to agreement with the owner/property manager.

Permanent members of house staff are available throughout the period of stay, including a resident Moroccan chef who will prepare classic Moroccan and European cuisine. Meals feature fresh produce from the garden, served on elegant linens and china.
MUSTAPHA, house manager. He speaks Arabic, French and English.
MADJA, cook/housekeeper. She speaks Arabic and French. She will be in residence throughout the guests stay, 24 hours. She will prepare all meals, drinks and supervise the running and cleaning of the house and the pool.
ZARA, maid. She speaks Arabic only. She assists Maja and cleans all the rooms.
OMAR, gardener/guardian. He speaks Arabic only. Responsible for the garden, pool and all terraces. He is also responsible for opening and closing the gate.
