Overview
Super-sleek and ultra-modern, Villa Jasna, is a luxurious villa situated along the seafront, offering privacy and panoramas.
Encased in glass walls, the villa is bordered and enclosed by olive groves and palm bushes, allowing you to hide away in bliss. Located on the sublime islet of Sveti Stefan, you can drink in the natural beauty of the Budva Riviera whilst easily escaping to Galia beach and the local town of Sveti Stefan, where you can enjoy endless beaches, bars and restaurants.
This villa is an unusual architectural feat, designed by the famous Italian architect Carlo Bandini. Eagle eyes will notice a mix of Italian and Montenegrin brands evoking luxury and elitism.
Upon arrival, if arriving by car, you’ll park in the four parking places garage. You may then wish to play some table tennis, perfect for days when the sun is too hot, and you want to relax in a cooler environment.
The ground floor patio leads into a spa area where you can enjoy the experience of a hammam or Finish sauna and a luxurious aromatherapy massage. With an indoor and outdoor pool, you can watch the kids splash around while sitting back in harmony.
The villa itself boasts six bedrooms, sleeping ten adults and two children. With five bathrooms, two extra toilets, a rooftop terrace and space for a BBQ, you can also enjoy the fitness area and use the convenient elevator to get around the property.
The snug living room with its sweeping sofas is the perfect place to unwind with a cocktail or flute of champagne and is positioned beside the outdoor swimming pool so you can monitor the little ones. For those who enjoy preparing their own meals, a fully equipped kitchen allows you to play chef whilst your guests sit and catch up at the nearby dinner table. Besides the pool, you’ll find all you need for a good BBQ, so you can cook, eat and unwind together.
A private bedroom with a sea view sits on this level – ideal for those who like a little more seclusion. At the centre of the villa sits the master bedroom, its glass walls allowing guests to take in the breath-taking sea views unobscured. This villa is also wonderful for those seeking romance with its en suite bathroom, but there are also two children’s bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and a further bedroom with a comfortable king-sized bed to enjoy a siesta in style.
Once you make your way to the third floor, you’ll find the rooftop terrace. Surrender to the sunset with a cocktail and enjoy panoramic views of the entire Budva Riviera.

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa JasnaSituated along the seafront, Villa Jasna affords ultra-modern privacy and a taste of sleek elite suburbia. The most mesmerising aspect of the location is the views of the Adriatic Sea and the peppering of olive groves and palm bushes that flank the property. Located in the district of Sveti Stefan in the Budva Riviera, known for its seclusion and peacefulness, this is a beautiful place to enjoy private and uninterrupted time with loved ones in a supercharged home away from home. Despite its grandiosity, this property is designed with comfort in mind and furnished with all of the pleasantries of home. Let’s call it seclusion on steroids.
You can easily reach the soft pebble beach of Galia, and get to Sveti Stefan town after a one-minute drive. If you want to explore the local area, there are endless beaches, many bars and 5-star restaurants. As one of the most beautiful parts of Montenegro, Sveti Stefan is a remote island firmly placed in the 15th century, famous for its terracotta roofs that glint like rubies in the sun. Separated from the mainland by a long curve of sand, this feeling of being connected and secluded runs parallel, allowing you to pick and choose when you want to re-enter reality and wistfully wander into your own dream world. We recommend walking from Sveti Stefan to Budva, although its best to pick a cooler time of day. Locally there are plenty of churches, markets and sites of historical interest.
A quick trip into neighbouring Budva promises a livelier time, with bars, restaurants, water sports, a bustling marina, and a quaint old town all ready for exploring. Montenegro itself packs a historical punch for its small size, and there’s plenty to take in, from the old Roman Ruins to the subtle reminders of its pirate past. The Budva Walls is well worth a visit so that you can soak up some culture, and there are, of course many unique beaches to explore with pristine waters ideal for swimming and snorkelling. Milocher Park is well worth a visit as is Beach Galija. For those who want to embrace something new, you can also learn to dive in the area.

About the Region & Getting There
About Sveti Stefan & South Coast
The southern coast of Montenegro is largely made up of the Bar and Ulcinj Municipalities. This area is ideal for those who enjoy the lack of crowds and are in pursuit of a serener setting.
Sveti Stefan is probably the most likely image you will find on a Montenegrin postcard and with good reason too! With pink sandy beaches and delightful little shops, you will find yourself in a world of your own. Due to the seasonality of Sveti Stefan, its island gate is open to guests from May.
The South Coast –
Bar’s testing past is chronicled in its partially restored towns, which have seen a Turk invasion during the 19th Century and a severe earthquake in the late 70’s. Bar really is a treasure and efforts have been made to rebuild its old town and surrounding communes, which has given rise to one of our more peculiar, but captivating destinations.
The clearest way to understand the dichotomy of this area’s past is to pay a visit to Stari Bar. Firstly, you will be bewildered by the striking Mount Rumija that frames this beguiling town. A heavy presence of Ottoman architecture can be seen scattered amongst renovated structures, dilapidated buildings and relics. This image alone denotes the staggering degree of one town’s inauspicious history and lends a careful reminder to visitors of an era long-gone. More stately buildings have stood the test of time, so pay a visit to the Church of. St Jovan Vladimir (formerly the Patron Saint & Protector of Bar) and King Nikola’s Palace that now acts as the town’s museum. Perhaps one of the most inspiring feats of this town is Stara Maslina and its olive grove. This olive tree has remained in place for over two millennia and acts as a sign of fortitude for a prised town.
A short trip from Bar will land you on the doorstep of Skadar Lake and its National Park. This reserve encourages its guests to view exceptional indigenous wildlife, enjoy water sports & boat trips and taste the wines of Vinarija Bogojević & Cemovsko Field. A true marvel for those who get a kick from the outdoors!
South of both Bar and Skadar Lake, the town of Ulcinj is found bordering Albania. This is where the best beaches in this region can be found, which include Valdanos Beach and Velika Plaža & Mala Plaža. Here you will finally find some space to breathe! Unlike Budva, Ulcinj hasn’t quite been touched by the hordes of European tourists. The old town of Ulcinj stands proud as the oldest in Montenegro and with this comes a humbler style of life…people come here for good old-fashioned R&R! The town has a remarkable presence of farmer’s markets and street vendors, which tend to operate most days. What better way to start the morning than picking up some fresh & locally grown fruit? You will also be pleased to know that Ulcinj has a reputation for having the best gelato in Montenegro and the Adriatic coast, so don’t feel guilty upon your daily return visits! When the evening falls and you're craving something savoury, stroll along the Bojana River and you will find some of the more renowned restaurants in the area.
Prior to Booking
As many of our regions in Montenegro are coastal, there can sometimes be some adverse weather. This tends to only really occur outside of the Peak Season though. When thinking about booking your holiday to Montenegro, please consult Foreign travel advice for more information.

Kids
Best Suited For: All AgesMontenegro has a wonderful and welcoming culture and is very warm towards families and children. The villa is ideal for children of all ages and comfortably houses two kids. There’s plenty to do to entertain young ones in the villa itself. There are the pools of course (both indoor and outdoor), a relaxing spa complete with treatments including massage, table tennis, fitness area and spacious patios for taking in nature, reading or playing card games.
With housekeeping, a chauffeur and a babysitter available, families can tailor their experience to suit their needs. A private chef can rustle up your favourite dishes, but you can also order in your groceries to replicate meal times at home if that’s your preference. High-speed Wi-Fi and a living room complete with a large television allow families to congregate comfortably of an evening if tuckered out from swimming or excursions, and the kids’ rooms are decorated with colour and style.
There’s an outdoor grill for family BBQs – stoke the coals whilst the children swim in the outdoor pool. Take the kids to any of the many beaches to swim, snorkel and seek out fish. Expect young minds to be fired and inspired with views of sunsets, mountains, oceans, and more.
There’s plenty to do for all types of families. Adventurous types may enjoy long walks, boating, wildlife viewing, scenic drives, paragliding and paddle boarding or jumping off the jetty in town (this is something children seem happy to do continuously!) Museums, markets, churches, the marina and authentic restaurants may appeal to families who want to soak up all the Zen.
Children may want to swim, learn to dive, go kayaking, play games of tennis, jet ski with a parent, cycle or try their hand at surfing. There’s also plenty of history and culture, including a legacy of pirates and Roman Ruins that are enjoyable to explore as a family. The Budva Walls make a great place to wander or swim beneath, and with so many beaches available, you’ll never be bored. This truly is a wonderful way for children to release their boundless energy.
