Set in the rolling hills between Tuscany, Umbria, and Lazio, this traditional manor house is framed by manicured lawns, cypress-lined driveways, and breathtaking views over Lake Bolsena. The villa’s highlight is its private infinity pool, offering serene countryside vistas and a true sense of escape.
Inside, the villa blends rustic character with modern comfort. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious kitchen with high-quality fittings, a stylish dining area, and two inviting lounges—one with leather armchairs and a fireplace, the other with satellite TV. Each opens directly onto a panoramic terrace, where a granite dining table, casual seating, and a Weber barbecue set the stage for al fresco meals.
Upstairs, the villa features three beautifully styled bedrooms: a master with en-suite, a second double and a twin. Each floor has a separate shower room. A further double bedroom, bathroom, and games room are located in the basement.
Outdoors, the peaceful garden surrounds the pool with loungers, olive trees, and meadow views. For added fun, guests can enjoy table tennis and table football.
Villa Volsini offers timeless Italian elegance, perfect for families or groups looking to unwind in style and soak up the beauty of central Italy.
- The first-floor bedroom has low ceilings and is accessed by steep staircase, therefore not recommended for young children.
- Please note that the room on the second floor is not accessible and will be closed.
- Swimming pool is open from mid-May to mid-September, but can be made available for an extra charge outside of these dates.
- Please note that 2 extra guests can be accommodated on request.
- Please note that air conditioning is featured in the lower level bedroom only.
- Due to a remote location of the villa, hired car is essential during your stay.
