Villa Domizzia is a contemporary five-bedroom villa set in a peaceful, slightly elevated position near Marsala in western Sicily. Surrounded by a private grove and Mediterranean planting, the villa combines a sense of seclusion with easy access to the coast, local towns and some of the region’s best-known sights. From its terraces and gardens, guests can enjoy far-reaching views towards the Egadi Islands and the salt pans, particularly atmospheric at sunset.

Inside, the villa has a bright, open-plan living space with large French doors, comfortable seating, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with island. Two double bedrooms with private bathrooms are located on the upper floor, while three further double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms are found on the lower floor. A wooden sauna with massage bed sits between the two levels, adding an extra touch of relaxation.

Outside, the private swimming pool forms the centrepiece of the garden, also featuring counter-current swimming to keep fitness levels up while you are on holiday, along with a hydromassage area providing another place to unwind. Furnished terraces and lawned areas offer plenty of space for outdoor dining and relaxing, with panoramic views extending across the surrounding countryside towards the coast. Villa Domizzia is particularly well suited to groups looking for privacy, generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, and a convenient base for exploring Marsala and western Sicily.

• Villa Domizzia is arranged over two principal levels, connected by an internal staircase, therefore, guests with mobility issues may not be able to access all parts of the villa.
• The swimming pool is unfenced, so younger children should be supervised closely around the pool area.
• The nearest supermarket is approximately 1 km away, while restaurants are around 2 km from the villa, therefore a rental car is highly recommended.
• Outdoor security cameras are installed and point towards the property’s access points.
