Inside, the villa is thoughtfully designed for shared living without ever feeling crowded. The open plan living area flows into a generous kitchen centred around a sociable island, ideal for long meals together. High-end appliances, ample workspace and seating for eight make cooking a pleasure rather than a chore. Contemporary furnishings are softened with carefully chosen pieces from the past, giving the interiors warmth and character. All three bedrooms are calm and restful, with good quality mattresses and supportive pillows, alongside two well-appointed bathrooms (one en suite) featuring modern showers and refined finishes.
Outdoor living is at the heart of life here. The terrace opens out to an infinity pool overlooking the fields, offering ever changing colours from morning light to dusk. Sun loungers, a dining table and outdoor seating make it easy to spend entire days outside, whether reading quietly, sharing lunch or simply listening to the sounds of nature carried on the breeze. The setting is wonderful, with open views that remind you how close you are to both countryside and coast.
In north west Sicily, Villa Colombrina enjoys a rural position with views towards the sea. The pretty village of Scopello lies a short drive away, known for its fortified baglio, old tuna fishery and striking coastal scenery. Guidaloca Beach is even closer, while Castellammare del Golfo offers an authentic slice of Sicilian life.
For days out, the Zingaro Nature Reserve, San Vito Lo Capo, Trapani, Erice and Palermo all sit within comfortable reach, offering a rich mix of landscapes, history and local life that make every stay here deeply rewarding.
- Villa Colombrina sleeps 6 guests across three bedrooms. An additional two children (under 12) can be accommodated in the small twin bedroom which can be converted to a quad with bunk-beds, on request and may be subject to an extra cost. Please enquire for more information.
