Villa Valenza is a modern Sicilian villa set in the countryside near Noto, with wide views across the surrounding landscape towards the sea. Completed in 2019, the villa has a fresh, contemporary feel, with bright interiors, clean lines and large windows that open the living space out towards the terraces and garden.
Inside, the villa sleeps up to six guests across three double bedrooms, each with air conditioning and its own private bathroom. The open-plan living area is elegant and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of natural light, creating an easy setting for relaxed days together.
Outdoors, Villa Valenza makes the most of its peaceful setting. A private swimming pool sits within a generous garden, with sun loungers, shaded areas and furnished verandas for long lunches, evening drinks or quiet moments overlooking the countryside. There is also a barbecue for informal meals at home.
The location is ideal for exploring south-eastern Sicily, with Noto just a short drive away and beaches, Syracuse, Vendicari Nature Reserve and the baroque towns of Modica, Scicli and Ragusa Ibla all within reach.
- Villa Valenza is set in the countryside, so a car is recommended for reaching beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and nearby towns.
- Please note that the car gate entrance is shared with the sister property, Villa Stilosa which can be booked together for larger groups. However, privacy is always maintained.
- The villa sleeps up to six guests across three double bedrooms, so it is best suited to families, couples or small groups not requiring twin beds.
- As with many countryside properties in Sicily, mosquitoes may be present at certain times of year, particularly around the pool and outdoor areas in the evening.
- Please ensure that younger children are supervised when around the pool as it is unfenced.
