This level also features a guest bathroom with toilet and sink, plus a generous double bedroom, walk in closet and a private bathroom with shower. The ground floor is dedicated to rest and privacy, with three beautifully proportioned bedrooms. Large windows and doors create a natural connection between indoor spaces and the outdoors, letting in abundant light and views over the garden and pool.

Outside, Villa Soliva’s private garden and terrace are perfect for lazing in the Sicilian sunshine. The infinity pool and sun loungers create a central space for cooling off and enjoying long summer days. A shaded veranda with a barbecue and dining area invites relaxed meals al fresco, while the well-kept lawn and surrounding landscape offer room for children to play and adults to unwind.
