The villa accommodates up to eight guests across four comfortable bedrooms. The main house features three double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, alongside a bright living room with fireplace and Smart TV, creating a cosy space to unwind after a day exploring the island. A fully equipped kitchen opens directly onto a shaded pergola, allowing meals to flow easily between indoor and outdoor living. Just beside the main house, a separate annex provides an additional double bedroom with its own bathroom, offering extra privacy for guests who may prefer a little independence.

Outside, the generous garden creates a tranquil setting for long days under the Sicilian sun. At its heart is a panoramic swimming pool surrounded by a solarium terrace and loungers, perfect for cooling off while enjoying views across the surrounding countryside. There is also a shaded outdoor lounge area with bar counter, as well as a barbecue and traditional stone oven for relaxed alfresco dining.

Villa Kamarina enjoys a peaceful yet convenient position between Ragusa and Marina di Ragusa, placing sandy beaches, lively seaside restaurants, and the region’s UNESCO-listed baroque towns all within easy driving distance.
