Villa Degli Agrumi is a relaxed, recently refurbished villa just 50 metres from the golden sands of Santa Maria del Focallo, offering an easy-going base for a beachside stay in south-eastern Sicily. Designed for up to five guests, the villa has two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a comfortable living area with a sofa bed and fireplace, and a well-equipped modern kitchen.
Outside, the walled garden offers a good sense of privacy, with a private 4m x 8m swimming pool at its centre, sun loungers, shaded seating and a veranda made for long lunches in the Sicilian sunshine. A second outdoor kitchen with barbecue makes al fresco dining especially appealing, while the small first-floor terrace provides another quiet spot to unwind.
The location is wonderfully convenient for coastal holidays, with the beach only a short stroll away and the town of Pozzallo within easy driving distance for shops, restaurants and seafront walks. Ispica is also nearby, placing Villa Degli Agrumi within reach of the Baroque towns, beaches and nature reserves of south-eastern Sicily.
- While Villa Degli Agrumi sleeps up to 5 guests, the 5th guest will sleep on a single sofa bed in the living room, therefore this home may not be suitable for adults looking for their own private room.
- While the beach is extremely close, please take care crossing the road to the beach as this is a main road to the larger towns and villages along the coast.
- With the villa being close to a main road; faint, residual noise from passing cars may be heard from the villa.
- Renting a car while you stay at Villa Degli Agrumi is highly recommended to enjoy the other delights of the local area
- Please ensure that younger children are supervised when around the pool as it is unfenced and on the rooftop area due to the low walls.
