Villa Corte is a relaxed countryside villa near located just south of the well known town of Modica, offering a peaceful base for exploring south-eastern Sicily’s baroque towns, beaches and rural landscapes. Sleeping up to eight guests across four bedrooms, the villa combines a traditional exterior with bright, contemporary interiors and plenty of space for families or groups of friends.
Inside, there is a large living area with a kitchen and dining space, along with a sitting room and bar. The bedrooms are arranged across the ground, first and second floors, with five bathrooms in total. Villa Corte also offers a wellness area with a sauna, Turkish bath, whirlpool bath and multi-sensory shower, adding a lovely extra touch for guests looking to unwind after days out exploring the region.
Outside, the generous grounds include a private swimming pool, sun terraces, a garden, solarium and barbecue area. There is also a private tennis court, ideal for active guests. With the sandy beach at Donnalucata around 7km away and Scicli’s shops, restaurants and weekly market close by, Villa Corte is well placed for a varied Sicilian stay.
