For added privacy, a separate unit with external access provides two double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, and a cosy living space with kitchenette. The annex further accommodates guests with its own living area, kitchenette, and double bedroom with en-suite facilities.

Step outside to enjoy the villa’s sunlit exterior spaces. A patio and terrace with pergola invite al fresco dining, while the private swimming pool and solarium offer moments of leisure and relaxation. The lush garden provides a peaceful retreat, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks, surrounded by the scents of Mediterranean flora. • Whilst Villa Barocca can comfortably sleep up to 10 guests, please note that two guests will be accommodated on the double bed in the mezzanine.
