The villa is arranged across multiple levels, both inside and out, creating a sense of space and character throughout. Interiors are bright and comfortable, with living areas that open onto terraces and bedrooms designed for restful stays. Outside, the tiered garden unfolds across several levels connected by steps, offering a variety of spots to relax, dine or enjoy the views. At the very top, the private swimming pool enjoys a privileged position, perfect for cooling off while taking in the surrounding landscape.

- Villa Noa Mare is arranged across multiple levels, both inside and out, with several steps to access each area. The swimming pool is unfenced and located on the highest level of the garden. Due to the villa’s multi-level layout, steps throughout the garden and indoors and an unfenced swimming pool, younger children must be closely supervised and the villa is not suitable for guests with mobility issues.
- The villas has multiple terraces on each floor. Please take care and supervise children.
- Please note home security devices may be installed at the villa, please enquire for further information.
- A car is highly recommended to explore the local area. Nearest beaches are just a few minutes drive from the villa.
