The villa unfolds across a single level with an intuitive layout that balances privacy and sociability. Three distinct wings offer separate sleeping quarters: the characterful Trullo Wing with its conical ceilings and two ensuite bedrooms; the 3-bedroom Garden Wing, ideal for families; and a third, more intimate wing with a double bedroom and cosy studio. At the heart of the villa, a spacious, modern kitchen connects to a bright living area with Smart TV and a shaded patio for slow breakfasts and long dinners.
Step outside, and the landscape opens up in every direction. A saltwater infinity pool stretches toward the horizon, framed by olive groves and Puglian scenery. Here, the rhythm of the day slows naturally, from mornings by the pool to wood-fired pizza evenings under the stars. With a barbecue, state-of-the-art kitchen appliances, Starlink Wi-Fi and house-wide air conditioning, every detail has been considered for comfort and ease.
Villa Linetta enjoys an enviable position just 5km from Ostuni, known as the ‘White City’ for its dazzling limestone façades. Wander through its cobbled streets lined with artisan shops and hidden trattorias, or explore the rich food and wine scene of the Itria Valley. The Adriatic coast, with its crystal-clear waters and superb beaches, is a short drive away for days spent swimming, sailing or soaking in the southern Italian sun.
