Found in the countryside of Puglia’s Itria Valley, Villa Duca Spa Retreat offers an authentic and relaxing retreat surrounded by olive groves and open landscapes. Located just a short drive from Martina Franca and within easy reach of towns such as Locorotondo, Alberobello and Ostuni, the villa is well positioned for exploring this characterful region while enjoying a rural setting.
The interiors are spacious, bright and designed for comfortable living, with large windows framing views across the countryside. The villa is arranged over two levels and features a generous living area, a well-equipped kitchen and five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, making it ideal for families or groups. A private spa area with sauna, Turkish bath and hydromassage adds an extra level of comfort, alongside modern amenities throughout.
Outside, the villa is set within extensive grounds with multiple terraces for relaxing and dining. A large swimming pool and shaded gazebo with an outdoor dining area create a sociable space for spending time together, while the surrounding countryside offers a calm and natural backdrop. This is a relaxed and well-equipped base for discovering Puglia at your own pace.
- As the villa is located in a protected natural oasis, there are strict restrictions regarding using the barbecue, which is located 30m from the house and requires instructions to use it. Please enquire for more information.
- Villa Duca Spa Retreat sleeps 10 guests across 5 bedrooms. An additional 2 guests can be accommodated on the double sofa bed. Please see the layout tab for more information.
- A car is highly recommended to explore the local area.
- The pool is unfenced. The villa also features a roof terrce. Please take care and supervise children.
