- A car is recommended due to the rural hillside location.
- Free parking is available, subject to availability, in a private area located in the small square near the villa, approximately 200 metres away. From the parking area, the villa is reached via a slightly uphill pedestrian path which also includes some steps.
- The villa is arranged over two floors with internal stairs.
- The swimming pool is seasonal (open approximately April to October).
- The fireplace is seasonal, available only from November to late-March.
- Please note that, due to the villa’s features, including stairs, gaps in the balcony railings and its overall layout, the property is not suitable for guests with walking difficulties or small children.
