Villa Bellaria is a welcoming and spacious Italian villa set in the hills above the Sorrento Peninsula, offering glorious sea views and a relaxed setting for a memorable Mediterranean escape. Located close to the charming village of Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi, the villa enjoys a peaceful position surrounded by greenery while remaining within easy reach of the region’s most celebrated coastal towns and beaches.

Designed for easy summer living, Villa Bellaria opens out onto generous outdoor spaces where long, leisurely days can be spent soaking up the sunshine. The private infinity pool is the standout feature, seemingly blending into the horizon and offering uninterrupted views across the Bay of Naples. A manicured lawn, shaded terraces and outdoor dining areas provide plenty of space for meals under the open sky, afternoon relaxation or sunset aperitifs, all framed by olive trees and Mediterranean planting.

Inside, the villa combines traditional character with comfortable, practical living. Light-filled communal areas encourage guests to gather together, whether for shared meals, relaxed evenings or quiet moments with a book. The interiors are thoughtfully laid out to accommodate larger groups, making the villa well suited to families or friends travelling together. The bedrooms are simply and comfortably furnished, providing a calm retreat after days spent exploring the coastline or relaxing by the pool.

Villa Bellaria’s location makes it an excellent base for discovering both sides of the peninsula. Local restaurants, shops and village life are close at hand, while iconic destinations such as Positano, Amalfi, Sorrento and Capri can be reached with ease. From boat trips and beach days to scenic walks and leisurely lunches, the surrounding area offers a rich mix of experiences.

With its generous outdoor spaces, sea views and classic Italian atmosphere, Villa Bellaria invites guests to slow down and enjoy the rhythms of summer in one of southern Italy’s most alluring regions.

What Oliver loves...

  • The infinity pool with uninterrupted views across the Bay of Naples and surrounding coastline is the true gem of this villa.
  • Villa Bellerina has easy access to both the Amalfi Coast and the Sorrento Peninsula, making this a perfect central base for exploring Italy's most beautiful coastlines.
  • The wood-fired pizza oven is great for showing your loved ones your pizza spinning skills and discussing your favourite toppings.

What you should know

  • As the villa is set on a hillside, access to the property and on the outside grounds involves slopes and steps, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
  • Air conditioning is provided in the bedrooms only, however with the villa's elevated position, you should be kept cool by the sea breeze.
  • The infinity pool is unfenced, so young children should be supervised at all times when outside near the pool
  • A car is recommended for exploring the wider area and nearby coastal towns
  • Please note that while cleaning is included throughout your stay, the final cleaning is not included. Please see Ts&Cs for more information.
