Set within a generous 1,000m² terraced garden, the villa enjoys sweeping vistas across the lush Sorrento Peninsula towards the sparkling coastline, creating a peaceful setting away from the busier hotspots of Sorrento and Positano.
Outdoors, a series of landscaped terraces cascade through the garden, leading to a beautifully positioned swimming pool with sun deck and panoramic views. A large communal dining terrace seats 12, complete with a gas barbecue, while an enclosed outdoor kitchen features a wood-burning oven, hob, sink and fridge-freezer – perfect for relaxed evenings and homemade pizzas under the stars.
The villa is arranged as two separate apartments, each with its own private entrance, making it ideal for two families or groups seeking both togetherness and independence. Each apartment includes a living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. In both, one bedroom includes a sofa bed and can double as an additional lounge. The upper apartment also features a fireplace and small private terraces, while the lower opens directly onto the main outdoor dining space. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a utility room ensure comfort throughout.
Located close to Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi – just 2km from its renowned restaurants and shops – Casa della Serra combines tranquil countryside living with easy access to the Amalfi Coast’s highlights. Ample private parking completes the appeal.
- The villa is arranged as two completely separate apartments, each with its own entrance - ideal for privacy, but internal access between the two is via the outside only.
- The garden is set over multiple terraced levels with staircases, which may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility or very young children without supervision.
- As with many hillside properties on the Sorrento Peninsula, access is via a narrow local road.
- Bedrooms with sofa beds offer flexibility but may be better suited to children or occasional use.
- Outdoor spaces are terraced and open, so supervision is advised for younger guests around steps and pool areas.
