- Villa Grande Residenza is a complex comprising two separate villas: Villa Zaro and Villa Teorema. For smaller groups, the villas can be booked separately.
- Whilst this villa is within walking distance of the nearest beach and restaurant, please note that the route is along a road, and sections do not have a pedestrian path.
- Due to being located on the island of Ischia, a ferry is required to reach this property. Ferries run from Naples to Ischia throughout the year, although service is more frequent from April to October than from November to March.
- Whilst this property can comfortably sleep up to 15 guests, please note that five guests will be accommodated on sofa beds in the living room or on extra beds. Please enquire for more details.
